Yes, it is so hard to explain to the teenagers what is botcoin. But i believe it is depend on you on how are you going to explain it, and we know that everything in this world is we don't know already by the way of teaching eldest or our ancestors we can know it moderately and also by experience. We can know by what is experiencing in Daily life living. So by introducing properly to the teenagers what is bitcoin it should be know it, until he or she got it. By in the next generation we don't bitcoin is become a centralize. So we need to teach it to the teenager until earlier.

All the children and teenagers belong to this generation.Bitcoin is also a digital currency of this generation.So they would not find any difficulty in understanding about functioning of bitcoins.We could just explain them by showing them how a wallet works.For teenagers,we could also show them some you tube videos to explain about bitcoins.

Ok let us assume that Bitcoin are like Stocks in the market yes they are their but not everyone knows it or even tries to invest in it. And I think the problem is not what we are trying to explain to them but what they are not motivated to do themselves. A person who lacks motivation to learn something will simply not learn anything. In order for this kids to learn something they must be motivated by something like they want to find more ways to earn online. Also I don't think it is proper to introduce Bitcoin to them if they don't know the basics of other things like math, saving in a bank, or a simple investment.

Agree, it depends on the ability teenagers or children.Because bitcoin is different from real money, maybe before we introduce bitcoin, we better introduce a variety of investments.
I don't consider to teach children to know bitcoin because if they already know about thay maybe there are chances that they will know about the gambling and when they want a new experience gambling are there for them and they will try it because they want to earn experience. but the big question is can they or will they? They are focus more on other things and they are not serious yet with their lives, they will

The fact is that today teenagers are very active in the Internet and therefore they have very huge access to resources for earning on the Internet. I am convinced that many young people are interested in earning money online, in order to become independent of their parents. Actually, even on bitcointalk there is a small percentage of youngsters who earn well on the crypto currency. Therefore, bitcointalk society is getting younger.
Most children are not really into this kind of topic, all they care about is playing and having fun. Maybe for some teenagers they will consider your offer to explain it to them because they were in the right set of mind, mostly of teenagers now is searching for an extra money for their own. yes it may not be hard to teach them about bitcoin, but i am sure that they will found it more difficult to learn about it. in face one can easily learn about some thing which has practical uses but i think that children do not have any concern with bitcoin therefore i do not think that they will ever feel the need or will never like to take any interest in coin to learn about it, therefore i think we do not need teach them about bitcoin.

well as of now it is not that very hard to teach teenagers about bitcoin because they have an idea about economics and how to handle money. and we have a better source in the internet for them to understand more about bitcoin. while in kids they are not in a right age to work on bitcoin they should focus on there studies and have fun.

Yes its a bit difficult to teach them but if they are interested and dedicated to learn then why not right? Everyone is free to have an access on it ir to have a bitcoin so that it can be use to their daily lives or to provide their daily needs. Bitcoin is surely very useful in their daily lives. And im very sure of that.
Children now are very expose to social media like youtube. That is one way of educating children.

Why not keep it simple? Many people here want to teach them about how cryptography works and how bitcoin uses it. No need to even use that word. For a child, keep it simple, explain the key parts and the pros of using bitcoin. For a teen, you may go a bit more into detail on how private and public keys work, depending on the person.
