   I was talking to a girl once at the gym and this topic came up.

   This is what she said.... If I see a photo of a man on facebook with a say $50000 annual salary..I would find him mildly attractive. But if that same person was making more than $100,000 I would find him more attractive.

Humor and money are the best ways to seduce in my opinion

It's about virtues. If you don't have the looks, you need to be a real good person who doesn't lie habitually and who is considerate. Do the required introspection and deal with any childhood demons, because those can really screw up relationships with anybody, not just romantic relationships. Don't run away from facing issues you need to solve.
