Read as many books as you can. Watch as many films as you can with the subtitles on which will help you very fast and is helpful if you can't yet read English very well because you can hear the audio in your own language but read the subtitles at the same time which is essentially auto translating for you. This is a very quick way to pick things up.
This is what I want to learn. The people around me rarely talk in English. I can only practice with the tape recorder myself, but the pronunciation is not standard.
Watch Movies only with subtitles you will notice what they talk and your brain should also learn something ecact how to say words.
Play Games in English. MMO can be helpfull when you need using English you have no choice you need to use it to talk

The only way to learn a language is by being exposed to it. You need to hear and read English. You'd already doing a great thing, by writing on this forum in English. The important this is to do things you love. There is so much great content available in English. It shouldn't be hard to find things you love. Watch TV shows and movies in English. Listen to podcasts and music in English. Play games in English. All these things will help you improve your English. You might also want to try some cheap lessons on iTalki, for example. I learned English a lot better because of video games!! Ever since I was a kid, all I did was play games on the PS and my PSP. Gaming has good effects after all
