HOW TO KNOW A GOOD PROJECT YES WITH SEE HOW MUCH INCOME IN ICO IF IN GREAT THAT SPEAK THAT CAN TELL THE GOOD PROJECT
You need to make background check if that project. The company it is reliable, the coin if it posted in a legit exchange mayb, campaign description if is clearly stated there about there project and also I think there campaign manage might affect the campaign because of the manager sometimes.

You need to do some research on their project and other people's reviews and also try to read the project description to find out what kind of project they want to make and whether it is good to invest your money and also read the description of the person or team to find out their background information. want to see a good project

you must look into a lot of aspects but the main ones are
1) team (real or not, investigate)
2) whitepaper
3) product (finished or not)
4) use case for product

Focusing on Ideas, Method, and Team. You will find out what the good project is. By the way, Bitclave is a nice project I want to introduce to you.
I would always thoroughly read through their white paper and website. If they do not have either of these items I would not consider them serious and not invest.
Best and deciding factor should be the team, the people behind the project ... that is what you should look at first.

That's a good question. If you wanna find a nice ICO to invest. It is not too hard. Reading whitepaper, focusing on the target of project, researching about devs, those are works you have to do.

There are certain things an a factors which you should consider to judge a project. 1. IDEA -this is the most important factor to consider. Always look for projects with unique ideas as these projects have higher chances to grow with a very fast rate.
2. TEAM - a strong development team aids in faster growth of the project.

To understand if a project has quality or not first thing I check is the team. I’m trying to search the team , their websites etc to see how trustworthy they are .then i check their references. That way you can learn how professional the project is and how strong grounded it is. Rest is luck
