I think whenever possible, look for objective measures where you can compare different options on an even playing field. I honestly don't believe such website because they often give a good rating to an ico because they are getting paid for advertising and not really reviewing the website based on objective point of view

There are lots of critetia in knowing which coins have futuristic value;they include good team management, great project conceptualization and targeted project market. This is not to say the least, a clear and a focus whitepaper with a directional road map will you whole good.

2. Read the whitepaper. See the roadmap of the company. Understand about the product to be offered to the community, whether it will be useful and interested in many people or not.

For me we can analyze if the coin is good when the coin have a great platform and i believe that when it has a lot of investor, there is no doubt that it is really a good coin and when the coin is in top 100 i believe it has a good future.

Honestly there are lots of coin out there to differentiate between the good ones and bad ones is really hard nowadays
Most of them will fake their whitepaper, roadmap etc
But truth be told if you are not greedy it will be somehow hard for you to fall victim because they are usually cheaper to attract people who wants to make huge money without working for it.
