If you want to maintain good health, you should consume nutritious and vitamin-rich foods every day. Along with eating, exercise for 10 to 15 minutes every day. You should also drink enough water every day. This will help you get rid of various diseases.

To maintain good health its best to watch out what you are eating. We live in an era which is flooded with processed food and not many have the luxury to have access to pure organic food. We must must try to use home made food as much as possible and try junk food occasionally.
Secondly, we must have a strategy on how to mitigate the depression. Life is short, don't waste it by taking unnecessary depression.  Last but most important thing is to make exercise compulsory part of your life. Don't take exercise as a burden rather enjoy doing it. Life is beautiful, enjoy as much as you can.

If you implement these few instructions in your life then you will be fit and healthy:
1. Have Breakfast
2. Drink Plenty of Water
3. Take an Exercise Break
4. Go Offline and sleep on time
5. Learn Something New(New skills help keep your brain healthy)
6. Don't Smoke
7. Train Your Muscles

The seven tips you have given are very useful for living a healthy life.
 
Also, keep nutritious food in your daily diet.

Have good social relations with friends, family, colleagues, relatives, it will remove your loneliness.

Natural light and air is beneficial for mental health, so spend time in nature as much as possible.   

  Maintain self confidence and positive attitude.

I'd put food on the second place. First place for me is a good mix of physical activity and the right amount of (healthy) food. Everything else comes later. To avoid negative stress is a good thing to do, but hard to perfom in these days. So, having a way how to cope with stress is key. Can be an afternoon nap or making the dog walkout 5 mins longer. Oh, and to stop bothering about the everyday's office problems, once you're in bed. Music on low level helps to distract the mind and find sleep faster. I prefer lofi or oldies music for that purpose. Well, a matter of taste, but worth to try instead of suffering of insomnia. My 2 cents...

Combining the balanced diet with hydrating to prevent yourself from dehydration, as drinking a lot of water will be beneficial to your life. Having an exercise routine to follow to keep your weight under control that can prevent major diseases.
An exercise routine helps you sustain a healthy lifestyle. Removing smoking cigarettes, anything with nicotine, even medicinal or recreational marijuana will help your lungs not be filled with nicotine and tar.
Lastly, sleep and not just any sleep but adequate amount of sleep, six to eight hours of sleep. All of the above should be a consistency to maintain a life.

the mind does make things difficult. if your heart and mind are always happy, then under any circumstances you will feel happy, and your body will be healthy.

a mind that is filled with depression always has a bad effect on the body, whether physical or mental. if the mind is always depressed, the body will feel pain all the time and it is very disturbing. so a clear and calm mind is very important for health.

The start to remain in good health is to consider God.

God set the whole system up in the first place. He has given us enough free-ish health to last to 100 years, maybe. To maintain health:
1. Acknowledge the existence of God, and that He is aware of you in your whole life;
2. Find out how to obey Him by:
    A. Loving Him above all things;
    B. Loving your fellow human beings as you love yourself;
3. Recognize that Jesus, God's Son has taken the whole punishment for you for all your imperfections, and that God recognizes that you are weak but still loves you;
4. As you grow in faith in God, ask Him for good health, knowing that He will give it to you according to your faith in Jesus..

God wants to give you good health. The only reason He can't do more than He does is, youi have been rejecting what He wants to give. Read and study the first 4 books of the New Testament of the Bible, so you can see that you are forgiven, and so you can see how to keep from feeling guilty in the future.

The result will be better health, and maybe the best of health.

Good health is a treasure that can never be bought or traded with another thing.Its much more bigger than than riches.When one has good health,he has almost everything.

There are several things man can do that will tamper with our health,and there are little things that we need to do,to keep us healthy and and energetic.
Regular eating of fruit is the number one way of keeping or maintaining a good health.

Most people thinks eating of series of food is the only way to maintain good health.  Eating is good which the body system needs it often. Other way of maintaining a good health is staying off from problems around how  environment. So many problems has taking life of many which they couldn't handle it. Avoiding problem is good it also saves from running our health down.

How do we avoid problems? Problems are natural in our lives; we cannot avoid them. We just need to learn how to accept it freely and react to it because other people have a tendency to worsen small problems, which is why we need to learn how to solve them so we don't become anxious about it. To become healthy, we must eat the right foods, get enough sleep, and exercise. Don't forget to meditate as well, as this can relax our bodies and, more importantly, our minds, as mental health is an important factor in our health.

Of course health requires lots of exercise, not depression, eating foods that contain vitamins and nutrients, sleep on time. sometimes if we think too much, it makes us a lot of burden. and eventually lead to pain.

in health, in my opinion, the mind is the main thing. because if our minds are cloudy and always negative, then there will be a lot of complaints in our bodies. but if our mind is free, calm and positive then the body will also be carried away to be healthier.
