In order to maintain good health you should follow the path of health protection by controlling the sugars and fats in your diet by doing regular yoga and walking. It is very good for health if you can eat 30 different vegetables and fruits in all the positions every week self-awareness is also something that helps people to recognize their own emotional feelings and desires more intimately.

If you implement these few instructions in your life then you will be fit and healthy:

2. Drink Plenty of Water
3. Take an Exercise Break

Sounds like a solid plan, maybe a few points like:

8. Don't drink more alcohol than a glass of wine.
9. Don't drink more than 2-3 coffees a day, too much coffein is not good for you.
10. Go outside everyday and if you can walk or take the bike instead of using a car.

That is the stupidity of the current FUD generated panic. To stay healthy, you need to get out in the fresh air, and to expose yourself to sunlight. You should also avoid reinfecting yourself by wearing those stupid monkey masks.

Like..... what.....?

Why would you even say this. Not sure what's going on here. A mask wouldn't be the reason that you got infected anyway.

BUT onto the topic here, about HEALTH. The best way to keep ontop of your health is making sure that you eat healthy foods (in a good mix), exercise, keep tabs on your mental health, and ensure that you visit your doctor often enough to ensure that you're not developing a health issue that a trained professional can pick out but you're unable to by yourself as you don't know any better.

Truly there isn't more to it.

I do all of this but I get when people can't because they are too tired from work. I  always feel better after exercise no matter how tired I was before. Also drinking water is not that hard you just need to have a habit.

Self-discipline is the worst enemy of yourself. Those are easy to follow but sometimes the laziness will overpower you. But if you already started and keep your motivation alive, it will become your habit. Just like when someone is aiming to lose weight. The solution is easy but it is the discipline that is hard to sustain.

Among the list, its Drink Plenty of Water that I mostly do.

Its the easiest to do when you are just infront of the computer most of the time and then besides coffee, there is water just easy to access than having a break to exercise. I might be doing it but probably when there is no need to double time to do serious job to make money.

Not eating in the evening and just break the fast before 8AM is just too much of a punishment. Ain't that a cause for stomach ulcer?

you dont reinfect yourself by wearing a mask

1. if your already infected. stay home. and recuperate
2. if your home by following point 1 you dont need to wear a mask

I can tell you that I used to catch flu, cold and other infections when I lived in a warm city apartment. Then times changed and I moved to the countryside where I had to go outside to get firewood every day, even when it was -20*C. I'd wake up in the morning, chop wood, go back inside and make breakfast. We'd often make tea or coffee and walk around the house in the falling snow drinking it. It made me so "tough" that when it was -5, I'd go out to get wood in a hoodie. I no longer needed a warm jacket and I didn't catch a single cold on that year.
We also lowered the temperature in the house and begun to sleep in about 18*C, never going above 20. It's really good for your throat and lungs.

17oC is what science has deemed as a 'comfy' temperature of northern hemishpere western humans
but temperature does not cause 'the flu' temperature is just the varient factor that helps/hinders if a virus/bacteria will thrive in its replication or not. the actual factor of getting 'the flu' is getting it from someone else. so being out in the country, away from large groups of strangers. and also staying clean reduces the risk of viral/bacterial infections far more than thinking heat alone is the causal factor

There seems to be a body of opinion that doesn't believe that breakfast is healthy. The justification seems to be the way the body handles stored fats, and brief periods of starvation can help the body to break these down, and covert them. Obviously you are not eating whilst you are asleep, and by avoiding eating until 11am or later, you force the body to process these stored fats

I try to do this, but I seem to weaken frequently when I am sitting in a cafe at 8am, and everybody else is tucking into breakfast. Smiley

by doing periodic fasting/starvation. it actually trains your body to try to store previous nutriants/sugars into fat. and then burn the fat overnight/morning. this is natures natural way. but the problem is if you are eating after 6pm the night before (eating then sleeping) that food is not being utilised. and if its sugary it causes spikes in your blood sugar when your body should be settling down. then if your waking up early and needing sugary coffee just to try shaking off the sluggishness. then that sugar is then not letting your body activate the fat burning process.
even the fake sugars(sweeteners) cause your body to taste the sweet. and cause your body to produce insultin ready for the sugar intake. but then not having a sugar intake because its sweetener instead. your body has an adverse reaction to that too..

the best advice is to not eat in the evening but eat in the morning. eating fat in the morning instead of sugary/sweetened drinks actually lets your body know its ok to burn fat because its not getting a sugar fix in the morning and if it needs more fat later then it knows it has some. so it doesnt try to hold onto the fat.

so no food in evening. but a fatty (fry up) breakfast and no sweet stuff
(hint: majority of obese people skip breakfast anyway and have sugary drinks and eat after 6pm.. so do the opposite)

Unfortunately most of us do not follow these simple instructions. The most difficult one is to sleep early specially during the covid 19 quarantine. When we know that we have to stay at home next morning, the routine of early sleeping and early waking up effects a lot and it is difficult to maintain it.

Talking about how to maintain your good health..
Being happy is the most essential thing you might eat a lot of food, drink alot even take drugs but when you are depressed I don't think all would have effects so the primary things I know is that you should:
Eat well
Drink well
Rest well
And exercise often
But the most important thing is to stay happy and so that your health would be in fine form. 😊
Oohh, I like that. You know what, you're right. Maintaining a positive outlook in life, and avoiding the stressors around can help us maintain a healthy body. Especially when combined with a balanced diet and exercise, one's immunity will surely be boosted. After all, it all starts within. Smiley

Have a balanced diet and exercise. About food and beverages that could harm your health. Be responsible enough because we are already aging, should learn what to do and what to not do.
Smoking might be the most harmful habit for our health, it does have lots of negative impact to our body, so as much as possible avoid smoking( or do not smoke at all), quit smoking and live healthier life.
Eat fruits and vegetables as they are mostly the most nutritious food on earth. Your body needs them.
Sleeping with enough hours will be a really big help to your health, so always choose to take rest and sleep. 😴

Op tried for the list, the major thing that keep body healthy and also maintain health status is balance diet and exercise, emphasising on smoking" smoking is not really bad in health it base on the environment you find yourself because some environments needs smoking to activate body system such as snow weather,so such environment needs hot drink or smoking in order to survive.

actually the main element of health is the mind, because if our minds are not good and always have problems, we can be sure that our health will be disturbed.
clear your mind and behave positively in uncovering any problems because everything can be solved undoubtedly we will find invaluable natural health.
continue to act to be positive whatever we do and we eat will taste good and can make our immunity high.

I would like to agree on this one because sometimes having problems in our life are one of the reason why we forgot to take care ourselves that sometimes we lost focus on other things such as work, studies, social life, etc. When our mind is full of problems, we don't value our time and health that will cause of anxiety and problems in sleeping at night.

^^^ YES! Research placebo effect.

Watch this video - https://www.andrewkaufmanmd.com/vids/Hippocratic%20Hypocrisy.m4v. It is the start by certain medical people into the rest of medical science that is often ignored by mainstream medical.

If the video doesn't play well, note that you can download it. Then change the '.m4v' part in the name to 'mp4'. It should play well in any standard player, then.

Your idea can be good for people who can do it. But not all people can do right what you suggest because many people don't have breakfast, and they only lunch and diner. But what they eat is healthy food, they can take a rest or sleep well, they can arrange their life well. I think they can have good health while they don't follow every suggestion you did. After all, it is a good suggestion for people who want to follow, but remember, the result will be different between other people.
