Adding to what has already been said, living in a place with bad ecology situation, like those near the chemical plants is also not good for your health.

Your idea can be good for people who can do it. But not all people can do right what you suggest because many people don't have breakfast, and they only lunch and diner. But what they eat is healthy food, they can take a rest or sleep well, they can arrange their life well. I think they can have good health while they don't follow every suggestion you did. After all, it is a good suggestion for people who want to follow, but remember, the result will be different between other people.

Having a breakfast is not enough it's better to find some good food which is suitable for your needs

If you want to gain muscle or fats or just getting slip it's better to make appropriate food.

Being happy is the most essential thing you might eat a lot of food, drink alot even take drugs but when you are depressed I don't think all would have effects so the primary things I know is that you should:
Eat well
Drink well
Rest well
And exercise often
But the most important thing is to stay happy and so that your health would be in fine form. 😊

What is the difference between 'take an exercise break' and 'train your muscle'?

Secondly, you did not mention taking launch and dinner? Those two can not be excluded.

Also, your article is too short, but, although contain useful information. I also expect you to really specify on taking fruits which is a requisite to a healthy leaving.

1. Have Breakfast
2. Drink Plenty of Water
3. Take an Exercise Break
4. Go Offline and sleep on time
5. Learn Something New(New skills help keep your brain healthy)
6. Don't Smoke
