the previous year will made lots of investors to get out from this field but still the ICO projects will be Carrie by lots of investors and users but the percentage was reduced due to the Crypto falling hoping against the market will steady soon.

Investor might wanna join to invest in an ICO if the bounty campaign was manage by the most trusted and reputable campaign manager in the bitcointalk forum, the whitepaper were all clear and believable, the projects and products must be presented in a clearer way so that investor will be lured right after hearing it.

You should first ask yourself do you have an interesting and unique idea and trust me if you do have this, then the selling part can become easy comparing with marketing a project that is a copy paste from another project or just a normal project that have been twisted to fit in Crypto space like what 95% of projects we have now. of course having an MVP will be great and will encourage people to invest, having an active team members within the community is a great plus and I mean real team members, not just a hired community manager that all his posts are just copy paste without him understanding anything about the project, there are more factors but those are pretty much the basics.

If only think about marketing itself and not think about investors, just make it hype. Even don't have product yet, make it famous with a lot of promise and make investor interested with it. But wise suggestion from me, just promote it with fact and describe all risk about investment in a ICO product is better.

I think that by making a Beta before starting ICO can make investors interested. or it can be said to implement ico when the development is in its final stages. so investors don't have to wait long until the platform is released.

Each investors has different characteristics. So there is no certain way to attract investors but for the team to be active and true to what they have written onthe whitepaper. ICO investors are tired of slow project development and lack of team competence.
