Marketing also plays a big part in the success of an ICO but there are also some instances that it's not about the marketing. If the investors now are too wise, they won't be too gullible about the marketing and they'll start having a standard through the project alone.

maybe now there aren't many who do that, where many projects are not transparent about the issue of funding revenues. it makes an indication of manipulation. it might be possible to make it attractive, but fully I don't think it will have a big effect.
investors are looking for products that are already running and are a solution to what has not been found on the market. when there is a project that gives it, I think any marketing strategy can make investors interested.

No matter how much we promoted an ICO anywhere, there's nothing we can do to gain their trust and interest back in crypto again. They lost faith in it because of heavy losses brought about by this long bear season, and there's no telling yet how deep this plunge will go. All the investors need is a glimpse of light in the market. They are eyeing to catch sight of some signs of bull run. Once the market shows signs of liveliness again, even if we don't promote, investors will automatically come back 'coz they smell profit.

I think most of ICO investors now are very cautious when investing on any ICO's due to many factor and consideration involve such as scam activities and the worst market condition for new coins/tokens. But i believe that ICO market will recover as soon as the problems are settled and the regulation problem will be solve.

In another case, only if: 1) team Tokens are frozen for 2 years 2) all funds from investors are spent only on the project and on the listing 3) Follow the roadmap
