No marketing strategy will work as long as you are offering something better than the current system. You have to bring a good project. Then investor will be easily attracted. Run a signature campaign with btc payment. Rin some social media bounty also work.

All I can say is they have done a great job with it.

It is hard to convince people to enter investment again, unless the team will show that the ICO is worth investing in, like showing the true purpose of the coin and be able to sustain it with their roadmap although the team can do it, it is still hard to lure investors again specially when the scam are always the threat to their money.

But if you can direct all of your skills to the project you create, also if you have strong project and strong team, you will succeed.
