Not true for both men and women can still understand bitcoin or some sort of IT. Perhaps the difference is interest between men and women. But if they are told and they also have a great interest to motivate women are very easy.

That is only my sum up with the ratio of IT people who dominates more. And here in my country most of the IT people here are men.
That's why I gave my sum up conclusion.
I would say that women are really hard headed when it comes to technology they just want to spent money without knowing about where did it came.

Make your bitcoin balance big then teach her how to withdraw. My wife hated me when I do bitcoin activities. But the moment I earn big I used my cashout to buy her a shoe. After that her view on bitcoin changes. But of course she will not invest and she will just withdraw your bitcoins but that is a start. Right now my wife loads her cellphone using my bitcoins. I am farming she is harvesting. Sometimes its better that they do not know what bitcoin is.

I think they motivated because it is trend. The people that earn in bitcoin motivated them by saying that they earning here. And their curiosity help them to try this bitcoin. Thats the only one reason why other girls are motivated to earn in bitcoin they want to join in trend, or they want to join because they see that earning here is not hard.

Yes it possible to motivate women will be easier if he needed money. If they need money for sure they will be keen to use bitcoin. No need to use a complicated way because whatever is most needed is interested. Maybe it could make women advance with bitcoin.
