i think it is easy to motivate women. they need a little hard work and they will be motivated. i think the most easiest way is tho show them the income from which the bitcoiners receive they will be motivated soon.

People (and yes woman are people too) will use bitcoin if they see it can be used. If you want a specific audiance to use bitcoin, make sure they can use it.
For woman it would be great to contact some major fashion webshops to embrace bitcoin.
With the bitpay plugin/ API they can easily integrate it and woman can buy their favourite clothing online..with bitcoin

If she has another source of income which she find easy and from there she get better amount of money, then she would never adopt any other method and will remain with her own method, so in that case you will have to show her that earning with bitcoin is more easy than her method.

Motivating some womens would be difficult but every women are not same, lots of women can understand everything very fast, and lots of women need to get interfere and do any thing that man can do,

yes, this is my opinion too. too many people are thinking women need a different reason than men to use bitcoin, but this is wrong and out-of-date thinking.
You can motivate her by find a group or a organization about women's bitcoin. When she get friends on that group, i'm sure she want use bitcoins following her friends.
