To have a headway as a trader I would recommend you to search for articles or ebooks about psychology of trading, its not about starting a trial with a small about of investment its more of how prepared are you psychologically? in a situation of having consecutive losses how are going to deal with that? its a known fact that a working trading strategy do fail a times.I will advice you to do your homework properly before embarking on a trading journey.

to be able to overcome the fears that you have when starting trading I think it's very difficult if you yourself are not confident and cannot control the patience you have because in fact it all requires very high confidence and patience.

You should be brave and willing enough to take the risk in trading and investing. Better learn about all the basics of trading by eagerly learning all the fundamentals of it. Trading need a lot of braveness and patience so you better learn how to handle your emotions.

do not rush to start trading, do research about coins that you want to trade and do not be greedy in trading because usually greed can bring bad luck. for daily trading it's good you only take 5-10% profit.
I think to be able to overcome the fear you have, you can do other useful activities for example, you can do activities with your wife or family.
If the loss can make your life worse, then your fear can be explained. Maybe, it is better not to risk - stay away from trading. The best way to overcome fear and anxiety is practise. Try demo trading to get a hang of it.
Then when you feel you have sharpened your skills enough, you can now go live, bht start small, risk little capital, and only increase when you're registering consistent gains.
And there must be losses. Even the pros lose at trading, just try as much as possible to minimize your losses.
Short-term is the only form of trading, long-term is called investing.
If you are afraid you should start testing and refining your skills with paper trading. Once you are consistent enough with your trades and feel comfortable placing trades you should slowly start on a real money account. Exploring lot of ideas cannot be done all alone, but you need to lean on other experienced traders who could teach you out everything. And as you're going to learn from time to time, don't just rely being spoon feed most of the time. Absorb what's the best knowledge, because if you don't acquire it nothing will happen but a failure. I think you should start investing now in small amounts. Take the $ 400-500 range to start investing in something you like. You can spend 2 days analyzing the market, after you understand how the market works, you will know what you should do with your money.

Fear can be to die with experience, you just need to understand that some of your reactions dont give a result. Next it is work on self control on the practice.

This is a rhetorical question, you actually already know the answer because you should be the one who knows yourself better than others. Okay I will share my own way, if I am afraid then I’ll count one to three while breathing air and release it quickly so I won’t think of anything.
