There is no definite time to sell a coin but if you follow the project closely you will be able to make some market predictions based on the project development speed. If the team is dedicated to deliver, people will be interested in the coin which will affect the price.
The time and decision to sell a coin depends on two major factors.
1. When and at what price the coin was bought or attained.
2. The greediness level of the holder.

I don't think it's the best time to sell your coins. It is worth waiting for at least another year before the start of a more serious growth. And I think that you should not rely on such large x's.
There's actually no perfect time to sell a coin. You only have to decide what you want out of an investment and be willing to wait for the opportunity to earn from your portfolio. It's wise to follow the information about the project and set your sell order to meet your expectations.

The best time for you to sell your coin if it is in a high price that is enough for you, because if you sell your coin in a low price, you will ended up regretting it. .As for me I try to stick with the following algorithm: when I receive a payment for a bounty campaign participation I always sell half of the reward at the current market price whatever it is at that moment. This way I always get profit from taking part in bounty campaigns and minimize risks to lose everything in the long run. Another half of the bounty reward I Hodl until the coin makes me at least x10 (or higher) of profits or until it becomes scam and dies.

It will entirely depends on the market situation, if the market is down then it wouldn't be a right time to sell a coin. You have to wait for the market to go into bull run then you can sell it.
For any token that one is hodling be it from investing cash or the ones were earned through bounties/airdrops, the best way to know when to sell is to follow the project community say for instance on telegram group. When the price is up, one can sell them buy back when the price is down and turn it to trading.
if you have lots of coins then check one by one the latest information from each coin, then separate some coins having the potential and hold the coin until the target is reached
As long as you can gain profit so it's also good time to sell although you just can gain little profit. It's very difficult to predict anything in this bearish market, sometime you believe that your coin will rise even more but right after that it dumped to hell. If I were you, I will sell the tokens that has good value at current time and save the money in bitcoin or ethereum. You can also cash out a part of it into fiat to support your daily need.
