At the moment I am trying to sell alternative coins even at the time when they gave me a not very big profit. I am not greedy and am content with a small profit.
Altcoins are dead and investing in ICOs doesn't make sense. Profits came to those who wait eagerly for a perfect time and they are strong hodlers. The bear market will not give tremendous returns to crypto investors but short sellers will make the profit in Bitmex.

I and many of us here earned a lot coins form bounty campaigns. And I have real dilemma: How to recognize a good time to sell a coin? How to avoid loosing everything by holding coins that will die, but also how to choose coins that are good to hold because they can give us 10x,100x.

.You yourself must determine the time for yourself when you want to sell your tokens. I usually start selling when the price has reached at least x2 from the price of ICO. However, there are exceptions, when the project violates the deadlines for entering the stock exchanges and the implementation of their project, then the price begins to fall sharply and I sell at any price.

For making a decision when to sell/hold a coin I always look the activity of the team on Github and social media and how they are fulfilling their promises according to the roadmap.
Look at the ICO coin based on the Exchanger they entered. If they are listed their coins, to a large exchanger or top exchanger, then our chances of selling fast will be better. But if you want to wait, at least 2-3 months (based on my experience) the price of coins can increase many times.
The price depends on individual projects on how the price will move, majority of the projects that came out last year got dumped bad rather than going high from the initial price, so it depends upon individual projects, earlier we used to see the market going higher after the ICO and after hitting the exchanges, but those days are over and with more regulations coming up we wont see those fake projects again.@OP what are the coins you are holding so that will have an opinion on what to do with it.

Honestly, here I can't give you a definite answer. But from me seeing the problem that you have I can give a little, Actually no one can know when the right time to sell and hold other than ourselves who do the research. Because basically every coin or token has different technology and functions and also how they can attract investors who need their coins, even in this case the performance of a project team must be very reliable to be able to make their coins can go to the moon. If the coin has potential, then hold it. If the coin is some shit coin, sell it as soon as it hits the exchange. If the coin is actually good, and you wish to hold it. Then keep holding it. You might see the price fall, but that might be temporary due to users who got those coins through airdrop/bounty might wish to sell it as soon as possible.I and many of us here earned a lot coins form bounty campaigns. The poster should just borrow a leaf from this post. It has all the answers or will I say good suggestions needed. Why hold a coin when it has no potential or not moving at all in terms of value? The market might influence the value of a coin also when it first hits exchange but good ones stabilizes much later.
It's always a wise decision to sell when market appreciate in price ,as a bounty hunter I will only sell for the profit and not loss ,and mostly I joined bounties that I want to hodl so I'm not a dumper too
certainly want to profit even if only a little but can produce.if the market conditions are good and the value of the coins I hold has good value and this is a good time to sell them.
so we have to check first so that we can know and understand so that we can do it well and not make the wrong decision.

How with technical analys and fundamental analys? Aren't those two factor that alwasy use by many people to know when is the best time to buy or to sell? Hodl just a choice for everyone who has strategy for long term investment. And actually they choose that strategy becuase they use fundamental analys also to decided it.

There's no perfect indication of the period to sell a coin. It depends on one's decision, though it's best to follow up with the project news and take advantage of the price swings. Its best to decide on the profit you want to take on a coin and wait for the price to get to it.
In my experience I can say that it is quite difficult to choose the time for the sale of tokens or coins received as a reward for the bounty company. It is necessary to see how the coin behaves and how strong or weak the project. I usually place a few sell orders.

best time to sell the coin is when the coin is pumping mostly the coin pump time is to exit the market
Yeah it is good to invest when price rise and high, we can recognize it only by spending time with crypto currency for making research, it is good opportunity for us to take advantage of low price to buy as later on in future price will be high but current situation marks it as good time to buy but not for selling, I think till end of 2019 it will be time for selling.

The trick would be to always watching the market movement, and look or learn as much information about cryptocurrency from many kind of source, that way will hone or knowledge and skill, so we would be able to at least see how the market will be or the trend of crypto will be. There is no way to recognize the best moment to buy a coin. Actually you should just HODL them for as long as possible.
I heard a famous investor (I do not remember the name now) saying that he starts selling when his hairdresser starts talking about buying. 
But why?As an investor the value of his assets will increase when more people buying it so he needs to hold when everyone start buying it.
Probably it means that when everyone buy, even people that don't know nothing about product is the time to sell ..
That depends on the money you want to sell. When you invest in because you think there will be an increase, and presumably, you know how much price will be increased based on innovation. Just sell it when you get close to it, because the more you wait, the more you think about disagreement.
The best time to sell a coin you obtained or earned from a bounty is when the token or coin has been listed after some few weeks. By then, those who will sell their coin for a cheap price are off the market. But this will also depend the kinda coin or token you have and the aim behind that project. Some projects can be shit project and their coin also can be a shitcoin. For shitcoins, its advisable you sell them as fast as you can.
No one is going to tell you a secret formula to let you be miracously wealthy in a day: because no one knows. You should have made a prediction before purchasing a particular coin and stick to it. Cash out 30% after being 20% in profit or whatever- simply define your goals and prepare a strategy to achieve it. Look at the team, what are they actually doing at the moment to be the best and what is their vision, if they have solid partners etc. Some coins were at least developing like crazy even during the bloodbath, so I would stick to them, if they did not give up during those dark times, it would be difficult to stop them now .
