I do not prefer to use the etherdelta for the trading of ERC20 tokens. But I know that there could be very low prices. My common exchanges for trading any kind of alts including ERC20 are Bittrex and Cryptopia.

I personally chose etherdelta to sell my erc20 tokens,it is very effective and simple transaction.
You can sell them on any exchange where there is your token. For example EtherDelta
add Token in Tokenlist on MEW, check coinmarketcap where the token is traded, deposit on that exchange - profit!
Hi i am seeing in alt coin section there will be stakes distributed and it is asking for Ethereum address which accepts ERC20 Token . I do understand ERC20 tokens are digital assets . How i can sell these tokens and get ether or other coins ?? Please help
it is a very simple steps to sell your token.firsly you need to import your token etherdelta and from ether delta you have to deposit your token to sell.after that you need to make sell order to sell your token into ether.make sure you follow the price of that day and make sell order. 
etherdelta is good for trade ERC20 tokens and IDEX i think, this is new exchange for er20 but the trading volume is too low here,,

There are many exchangers that you can trade ERC20 but among all exchangers most of the people trade ERC20 tokens on EtherDelta, which supports exchange of basically all ERC20 tokens. But one must be careful with trading on etherdelta because it's generally a really slow exchange, with some high rates if one doesn't manage his/her gas fees correctly.

That might happen, because after bitcoin Eth is the one that has gained good investors. Also with ethereum platform lots of tokens were into usage. This too adds certain contribution to the growth. Erc20 token selling is simple, only thing required is the particular token needs to get listed on some exchanges.

You can only sell a token if it is listed on an exchange .The most popular exchange is etherdelta .Before you can sell your ERC20 token you must have gas transaction fees in other to transfer your token for sale.You create an account on the exchange platform and then deposit your token for sale.
