These are the altcoins created on Ethereum chain. No need to worry,they can be exchanged easily like other altcoins,jist their fee is in ethereum. You can easily send your ERC20 tokens on exchanges but with ethereum fee. Rest everything is same.

Erc20 token's exchanges may be different from another but almost all new tokens are listed to etherdelta. Check the website, article, thread of the token and get the contract address, decimals and symbol. Go to myetherwallet.com then add custom token and fill contract address, symbol and decimals abd you are good to go. You also need eth for gas fee. So need to buy a bit of ethereum

syncron your MEW wallet with Etherdelta. then if you find it difficult to find your coins in etherdelta just copy contract addres coin in your wallet, then paste like this ex : etherdelta.com/#yourtokencontrack-ETH .

You can sell ERC20 Tokens on EtherDelta.com, it's a nice exchange that supports all Etereum based tokens, you can sell any Token there and get Ethereum. If you looking for best exchange look for biggest trading volume, visit www.coinmarketcap.com that lists all available for trading Tokens after ICO and click on "Markets" it will show you which exchange is best for specified Tokens you have.

For example Viberate Token (VIB) you could sell on both exchanges but bigger volume = better liqudity = better price

Go to etherdelta.com, and if your tokens have been added to exchange you can trade them there. But you will need some etherium on your ETH wallet for exchange tax.

There are ethereum wallet that is not compatible with erc20 token like blockchain wallet or coinbase wallet. I suggest you to use myetherwallet as your eth wallet because it accept erc20 token. You can sell the token you got in campaign if it is being listed in a exchange like etherdelta.com or bittrex.com exchange site

I agree, www.myetherwallet.com is the best purse, I advise. But beware of copies of sites, there are many

Do you sell ERC20 altcoin now, first you check which exchange has this coin. then you have to deposit your coin there. you will make a sell order.that's it.

You can sell it on the market that support these tokens. Go to Coincapmarket.com and searching about the token then choose market, You will see what a market support that token.

Many personal wallet that support ERC20 token like Metamask, MyEtherWallet, Legder Nano . And these only personal wallet , and for exchange that support all ERC20 token is EtherDelta. But if you dont find your ERC20 token here ,try to add custom first like we do in MyEtherWallet so the ticker symbol will be mention in that exchange. And also we can import MyEtherWallet account to EtherDelta account by import the wallet address and the private key.

In my personal experience etherdelta seems to be the right place for all sort of erc20 tokens that were developed upon the ethereum smart contract platform. Initially the selling process with etherdelta.com looks bit complicated and once using it gives the ease similar to the trading in other exchanges.
