Generally, unkown coins are sellable on etherdelta.

If you want to know where can be sold your coin, you can go on https://coinmarketcap.com/ , there is all the information that you need. Particularly, the exchanges where everycoin are sellable.
You can also check the social network of this one, the marketcap, their twitter, their website... etc

Be carefull with etherdelta, it's generally a really slow exchange, with some high rates if you don't manage your gas fees correctly.

If it's a good and popular project, it will probably be listed on a popular exchange from day 1.  So, you transfer your tokens to take exchange and sell them, if you want.

If it is a crap project, you will likely still be able to sell your ERC20 tokens on EtherDelta, which supports exchange of basically all ERC20 tokens.

You need some eth to receive tokens. And remember never transfer erc20 tokens between personal accounts, you can transfer to exchange and vice-versa.You can sell at any exchange what list your token. Before sending check exchange wallet status, mostly you will need to buy some small amount of token on exch before sending

I dont understand this one. Can you or anyone else please explain why we should not send ETH tokens between wallets.

This is just a warning sign when token trading or transactions is concerned, token should only be sent to accounts that can receive but majorly it should be sent to the accounts you can control or modify.

Why not transfer between personal accounts? Aren't most ICO tokens ERC20 tokens? What if you want to transfer a ERC20 token from your account the token creator to people who bought into a ICO personal accounts?

Is there actually a forum to trade ERC20 tokens? Or a website/marketplace... I think that would be a good idea!

It doesn't matter. If you want to send coins to exchanges or other people you need ETH in your wallet. Otherwise you can't send your ERC20 tokens anywhere. That's why Ethereum has raised its value. Everybody need ETH for token transaction.
Oh ok its really fine could anybody mention best erc20 token exchange sites.

Sell it on the market. They are not different than other altcoins.
The only difference is if you want to send ERC20 token in your wallet you need ETH for gas. Assets can't be send without ETH gas fee.
(The only difference is if you want to send ERC20 token in your wallet you need ETH for gas) You mean if i want sell my ERC20 token i need to pay fees or sending to other wallet so i need to pay .
