every single day ICO projects always appear with their respective advantages. but in fact, many are experiencing failure in the end. they just waste time and spend money to advertise? how about you're opinion 
This is the problem of all participants and investors in which we really dont know if the ICO will going to be successful in the end or not. That even there is an regulating policy it could only determine the legality of the ICO but not the future results of the campaign therefore to know the success of a certain ICO will just depend upon the individuals thru vigorously research, constant monitoring of the ICO status, analyzing and perfect decision making to stop or to continue affiliating.

It is contradictive the question with your act. Your question how to stop ICO in fact you promote an ICO with your signature campaign. The best questions " How to stop scam ICOs?" It think this is the problem. There are many fake ICos with fake projects. They just sell token, that is easily created on ethereum blockchain. They mined the token first or sell premined tokens, They earn eth and the rest of the token. That's a good way to raise fund for legit developers. I support legit and trusted ICOs.
ICO attracts more and more attention as well as investments in the crypt. But not everyone is destined to become an apple or microsoft
Lol. Your right almost every day i see dozens of new ICOS. This is just so alarmong and can ve really confusing in the perspectives of newbies in the crypto currency world. Although some are great projects, others are just ahitcoins and scams. But they do not waste time and money because most of them just run off with your momey or make some alibis.
my idea is actually the same as other people's thoughts. but if they really want to put an end to ethereum managers for such projects, I think they can does to this very easily. the main question here is why do they want to stop it? many projects are being done with ethereum and very little is done with the project waves. ico projects are definitely an invigorating feature for other coin, tokens and markets . I do not think they want to lose it.
There are still numerous ICO that still come and succeed. It all depend on the project team and their project. If the team is experienced and are sincere with their marketing and advertising the rate of success is high. The rate of failure in ICO is a blessing in disguise as only well packaged projects will make it.
Decentralized, free market, Ico's stopped, why? I think that Ico makers need to make a number of official applications and get the necessary licenses, and some precautions are needed to protect the investor. Regulations are necessary.

They are not wasting their time and their money since they do really need to put up money on marketing and designing the project to look it legit and when they do raise funds then they can accumulate amounts more than on the amounts that they do spent. Easy profits right? This is common and really rampant on these days which these ICO turns out that most of them are fraud and being used just to scam people in the end. Most of them failed because of no support from the community or just being created to scam people. 
If ICOs will stop that's mean the we will also lost free token or a bounty hunters job! I hope that this will not happen anyway.
This will never happen. The only way ICOs would stop is when the crypto market and bitcoin collapses completely which will never happen according to me. The truth is that the number of ICOs will actually increase dramatically in the long run since people realize that bitcoin and the crypto world is a gold mine and everyone would want a piece of that cake. Majority of the ICOs will still be scams, but many ICOs are legit. Differentiating between them comes down to research and luck.

Why do you wanna stop icos, guys? Market is working great. Bad icos are failing, good icos are making money and creating great projects. I personally don't think this will ever completely stop. Lot many people will use this as opportunity.

It is inevitable, while there are a number of icos that are a scam there are other projects that have good intentions and simply fail, that is jut the nature of the market and since there are no rules about which person can create an ico so I think this is a problem without a clear solution. every single day ICO projects always appear with their respective advantages. but in fact, many are experiencing failure in the end. they just waste time and spend money to advertise? how about you're opinion
Its a free market my friend. Though there are so many ICOs they can't force themselves, participation is voluntary and even the consumption of information.
The numbers have decreased this month though, must be the SEC and China ban taking effect but overall ICO is a brilliant way of raising money much like crowd-sourcing .. No denying that I'd like it better if there were accountability and some degree of regulation but fr now we have peer reviews and stay away from shitcoins..
Stop ico? Is that even possible..I believe this is an open market..it's left for investors to decide if they want to participate or not.
ICO can be regulated but cannot be stopped. A country can require regulations for all ICOs and investors like how it is in USA. But it cannot be stopped, companies and start-ups will find ICO as a better source of initial funds in contrast to traditional source of funds. The problem is the number of scam ICOs out there. It should be regulated so that investors may somehow have a bit of protection against scammers.
ICO can not be stop. You must accept the fact that as different as our faces are so also is our need. Many people will like to see better way of doing thingsin their respective endavour, and if means tokenizing such endavour on better technology, so be it!
There is no way to stop ICO, they are beneficial because they provide jobs for new blockchain workers. This is needed for us to see a better coin output in the world. It will also help the adoption of bitcoin.
Just as investing in the real sector requires the owner of the means of financial knowledge and entrepreneurial intuition, and in the ICO all this must be had. And then bad ICO, as in reality, will not be able to attract investment and leave the market.
