These adverts catches the eye of potential investors that actually look fornpromising ICOs to place their money in. I'm not saying that Bounty programs are the only thing that makes an ICO a success. Bounty campaign is existing until today because it is very useful to the ICO's. It help to promote and advertise an ICO without advance payments and so much obligations from the ICO because if the project become failure they will not oblige to pay the hunters while if they chose to promote and to advertise their projects thru social media and other advertising nerworks they have to pay them first before having their advertising services in which this is the reason on why ICO will rely on bounty.

It give help of spreading it faster and investors can easily recognized it especially when a lot of bounty hunters joining the campaign. In my humble opinion bounty programs impact is negative.Simply because the community is made of spammers that find loopholes,multi claims,multiple accounts to receive the highest amount of tokens possible more than what they deserve and the final goal of these is to dump the tokens,in the end investors get damaged (UCash is a great example for this,Rebelious too).So in conclusion,projects needs healthy bounty hunters who will contribute to it and not just harvest the tokens to dump them.

It always depends on how the bounty campaign is headed. If it is well managed, rules complied with and the manager is good, it is definitely positive for an ICO. But if the bounty campaign poorly managed it is bad for the ICO. One can think that if they do not manage a bounty properly, then how should that work with the company? Ok, you can not always compare that, but many people think so.

Generally speaking, yes it gives positive effect on a certain ICO. No way it will be grow like that if it's not effective in the first place. There are lots of successful ICOs in the past that held bounty campaign here. It's becomes one of the effective way to spread awareness of a certain project or coin without harming too much of the owners money since the payment was their own coin.
But because of the bounty hype, shit and scam ICO takes advantage of it. Aside from that other bounty participants spammed the forum too making dirt to what bounty program should be.
