There are instance some people not interested about bitcoin. When I learn about bitcoin from the start what I did was I introduce it to some of my friends but some of them not interested at all. This is actually good that we spread awareness of how this truly works. We cannot deny the fact that other people anxious to use it for some reason the volatility of value but if they know the advantage they will appreciate it.
I also have the same experience, getting their interest is not that easy when it comes to technology. At first, they seem interested because they heard that earning is possible, but in the end, they won't give any attention. That's why it is hard for me to introduce bitcoin to other people these days. Even they already heard about it, I don't know what to say just to get their interest and let them hear for what I say.

My first priority before gathering my local people is that I ensured that they are literate especially how to use smartphones  because I always want to show practicality of the use bitcoin backed it up with evidences not just a mouth of words thus to sure that bitcoin is real and not related to the moribund ponzi scheme MMM, having been very cautious of the bad experience they had passed through during the era of MMM I only teach them the benefits of buying, hodling of bitcoin.

Well, I think it's hard to explain to someone how and why to use Bitcoin if that someone even doesn't have Internet connection or it's not using it. Those are usually people who are not interested in new technologies and progress or are afraid of it.
Explaining to someone like that about the Bitcoin it's very hard task and often without results. Honestly I don't know which method might be efficient.

I was introduced to bitcoin by my friends last year, the only one who will understand your explanation are some professionals and students. mostly people that known for using the internet for a long time, will understand your explanation easily. The only problem is the minority of people who are not exposed to the internet you will need some strategy on how you will explain it to them. You need to start with the students then after that tell some businessmen about how these things work and also tell them about some people using it for their own sake to avoid to become a victim of such scam.

It's really not easy, because most of the people that are currently into bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are [at least around me]
- developpers
- traders

Nothing against, but you guys are unable to explain bitcoin in simple words, and people need to "see" and "touch" it: pay a hamburger with it, buy a house, buy a domain.
First of all they need to understand how to create a wallet, how to secure it, how to make transactions etc.
10 years later we are far away from widening the "circle of trust"

I truly believe that women will be the path to adoption - as they manage most of the familly budgets worldwide. So do not underestmate them;)

I always believe interested people or those who are in need to have financial support as well security in having investments will find a way to meet crypto, were no longer living in a traditional way that we need to discuss every detail for them to know it. There are many advertisements that shows crypto now in Internet as well some have flyers and use of ATM Machines. Maybe those still living traditional will never get interest but those who actively seek a job or another way to invest already know crypto it's just they don't want the the risk it offers like Some of my closest friends that knows it but didn't want to use it due to it's volatility.

One day, I think to myself about how to spreads bitcoin to other people. After I create threads https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/did-you-arrange-a-meet-up-or-make-a-gathering-with-local-bitcoin-community-5191717, I see many of us don't try or don't have time to come into a gathering or make a meetup. So how we can introduce bitcoin to local people in our country if we are not trying to tells them about bitcoin? I know that will related to the regulations in every countries but we can introduce to our close friend so they will spread it into their closest friends too.

And if this is succeed, I think cryptocurrency will grow step by step. I know we can spread bitcoin online, but that doesn't mean all people in your country are aware of bitcoin. How they can know bitcoin if they never use the internet to search the news while we can tell them about bitcoin and another coin by offline.

in fact I personally often explain to my close friends related to bitcoin and I also invited some of them to adopt bitcoin and other cryptocurrency together to make it easier and I already said that bitcoin will give us an advantage in the future, but unfortunately only some of them who want to join me to learn about bitcoin.

I tried spreading the word amongst my friends, family, and alike, but pretty much no one cares. Then again, my country is quite behind world trends, so maybe in another 10 years or so. I mean, we do have a tiny crypto community that probably consists of like 50 people tops, but that's about it.

Unfortunately it really isn't easy to convince people about the need of bitcoin. People are born and grew up with the current financial system, and proposing a different system would be sort of "weird"(for a lack of a better word) or sometimes unnecessary for most of them. It's somehow like proposing an alternative everyday drinking liquid to water. Unfortunately, most of the masses really don't see a problem with the current system hence a lot would find bitcoin unnecessary.

With that said, I sometimes just casually mention bitcoin when talking with friends, especially when there are new people that asks about our interests.

I see contradicting statements to your last sentences. You said you wanted to introduce Bitcoin to those people that are not connected to the Internet, or offline. So, even if you succeed telling them about bitcoin, you'll have a hard time explaining them the concept because they might lack computer and internet literacy. And one thing to add is how will they access and interact actively to the Bitcoin network when they're mostly offline.

The crypto currency will be developed and recognized in our countries, and it will start with us today. But there are still a lot of people who will have their minds closed here especially if there is a risk of losing our hard-earned money, And this is what we should let them know.

And I have been doing this since I made sure to myself that bitcoin is the best of all cryptocurrencies.
At first I was having a hard time to tell it to my friends thinking they will look at me as a geek.
But when we got a couple of bottle of beers, I cannot contain it anymore so I told them.
I was really shocked that some of them are just listening to me as I babble words to them and then some of them are intrigued.

That my friend could be passed to other friends of them and so on and forth.
No one will fund for us to advertised it so used the traditional way or as they call it the old fashioned way. Gossips.

The easiest way to invite people is to live by example, when I was starting out here when I try to tell them about Bitcoin and Blockchain they thought that I was inviting them to a Ponzi scheme, but after they saw that I am making progress in my life materially and they see through the many media news and Videos I've sent them, they finally realized how this technology can help them, you don't have to tell them they will eventually catch up because it's now becoming everywhere.

So how we can introduce bitcoin to local people in our country if we are not trying to tells them about bitcoin? I know that will related to the regulations in every countries but we can introduce to our close friend so they will spread it into their closest friends too.

There are many ways we can introduce Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to the local scene. However, all activities are commanding for some budget so since we never have some sources of revenues, we are doing things on a volunteer basis and therefore our reach can be limited. Unlike what multinationals with millions of money at their disposal. Being a decentralized network it means that Bitcoin is mostly spread from the word of mouth, mention in the mainstream media and of course our usual social media posts. I am suggesting some ways below we can be of help in the mission of spreading awareness and hopefully adoption of Bitcoin.

1 - We can organize a local talk event (similar to TED) all for introducing the advantages and benefits of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency where the details of the technology and the kind of impact that it can have especially in the future are going to be discussed. This can be called as "The Bitcoin In Focus: Why This is Your Future" for marketing purposes.

2 - We can sponsor local sports and entertainment events where Bitcoin should be at the limelight as the primary sponsor, among others. This can be attracting many people and one must be given a space to talk about Bitcoin and the kind of value it is presenting to the people.

3 - Whenever there is a gathering of our families, friends and neighborhood, we can invite ourselves so we can also be presenting to them close to us why there is that need for them to be a part of the Bitcoin bandwagon and platform.

4 - Youth people who have an inclination towards technology and business can be organized as "Bitcoin Youth Club" where they can talk regularly on cryptocurrency, entrepreneurship and the many new developments in the marketplace.

5 - The many "young once" can also be a good target for Bitcoin since they now have the money and the influence that can help spread the energy and enthusiasm to other people. Seniors will always have a good place in the cryptocurrency movement.

Looking at these suggestions, I myself realized that it must not be really easy promoting something like Bitcoin. And one of the many reasons why up to now we still lack the level of adoption that we need is because we are not actually actively campaigning for Bitcoin and there is no group with some money who can do the thing for us.
