All new projects that have decided to be implemented at the present time will somehow fail in some way until the market recovers.  So to talk about fraud or a bad team, because of what is happening the impact on pricing, so far there is no point, because there are no market conditions.
I think the project scam will continue to exist. even though there were projects that really tried to survive throughout the past year until finally some of them also gave up because they did not have good support. but seeing improved market conditions, the new project should have a good marketing strategy and sales concept to be able to get investors.

in my opinion it is difficult to know whether the project is a scam or not. because most projects now, both of them have a very good concept. maybe this is just a little input from me, you must first check the team, the road map, the products offered. real or not ... and the average project that smells of fraud, doesn't tell in detail about the project being run.

Scam is if they dont pay bounty hunter like me when ICO is finished and success, delaying spreadsheet and the answer is not good like soon, its on the team and etc thats be sign of scam...
I don't think it's just a matter of not paying bounty hunters, many reasons that occur when scam projects, some cases the project has given the tokens promised to bounty hunter participants but they don't care about the price movements of the tokens at the exchange place and that can be said scam because the obtained exchange rate is cheaper than expected.
The fact is that today the market still shows not very good results and therefore most of the new projects today have very low price categories. The fact that the prices of their coins are very small does not mean that this project is fraudulent.

Yes, agree with you but we don't have any period when those coins prices will start increasing but those companies need to have strong development team which will help them to increase their price. So it is always good to check the potential which has huge potential with their activity we can easily understand their future goals about their project.

Good to detect that a project is scam is to first verify if the project they have, have a whitepaper that is being fulfilled fully.

It is also important to keep in mind that the members of the team that make up the team should always be very well researched, it is very good if everyone has their active social media profiles and if they are authentic, many scam projects falsify their identities so as not to give their true identities, because they are those who love anonymity and especially in crypto they like to be anonymous so nobody can track them.

The project might be too good to be true, do give time in studying it. Before it's easy to track projects if they're good since it is made from  established company, now everyone can create their own project as long as their good in technology. Research the company legalities and project goals whether they are realistic in their target goal.

Before  you invest your money on any coin, please find out as many details as possible about the team and their experience. Check out what technology are they using, what is new in the system it is offering and what is the market demand for it. Other than those option, any projects are scam because they want to make money only.

"Check out what technology are they using" sorry, but what technology do you mean? Do you think if the project uses an erc20 it will have a chance to scam

You can start by taking a close look at their social media handles, most scammers create new account for their scam projects. You can also check their partnership by enquiring from the said partners if the partnership is legit

Unfortunately, the fraudster is very smart and inventive and portrays honesty and responsibility to the last. Therefore, it is important to study the team as thoroughly as possible, check the profiles of each of them, and ideally speak in person using video calls. And of course, make sure that the team is professional enough and has the necessary proven experience.

Better to check all important things like team profile, check their whitepaper and lastly know others opinion about it.
Sometime those scamers do provide fake profile in other to deceive potential investors.  You have to used the service of icorating or icobench in other to see reviews that investors are making concerning any projects that you want to invest in.  The whitepaper is also important including finding out if it an existing product.

it's a simple way to know what altcoin(are gone)/scam just track the developer activity about the project they offered, if nothing any movemen aboutthe project we must beware because maybe this developer just want our money and not seriously develop the product to investor

Main reason why bounty hunters don't take price seriously because of lack of confidence on the project. Bounty participants usually dumps bounty earnings  right after the getting  listed on the exchanges.

At the moment, unfortunately, there are many fraudulent projects. I think it depends on the general situation in the cryptocurrency market. Projects simply can not raise money, investors do not want to invest money. But fraudsters have learned a lot, so it’s very difficult to distinguish a good project from deception.

It is hard to tell actually you could do some background check in their team.
I have done it before but seem's like most of the team of an ICO are just using fake information only few of them have a real back ground in the internet.

I myself have been involved in crypto for a long time but have not been able to determine which projects are scam or not. because most of the scam projects are sometimes hidden from all of us. so in my opinion not everyone can overcome scam projects, and of course if you are a beginner, then it's better to learn about crypto first.
