I like the miner as it does give really high hashrates. But it doesn't really benchmark in Nicehash as it only returns 88 h/s which is lower than other algo, thus, never switch to it. It have to enter the hashrate myself. Is there other work around for this or will you fix this in the future?

Are you sure you are using latest version? I've just checked NHML benchmark again to be sure - miner passed it with Quick and Standart benchmark's setting.
Doesn't work with precise settings for now.

Yep, the one that ends with hp. Just downloaded it today. I aways get 88 h/s I even try increasing the benchmark time to 60 secs.

yeah this miner is SniffDog ready....

Pretty easy.... goto Miners Folder and find Hsrminer.ps1.... right click and edit.....remove the # from the algo.... Start SniffDog and it will do the rest

Thanks for a hint, will update info in the 1st post  Smiley

its not bug its fees everyone hour, anyway thanks
and i agree with the donation option  Wink

It would not be difficult to prove.  Open a network traffic analyzer (wireshark) and watch what happens.  If it switches Mining pools, then yeah.. But I'm guessing it doesn't.

ok i can explain, i read the post from beginning and i found this links and if the virustotal in new version didnt find anything its mean nothing. you just encrypt it.
back to subject, you said this fork no fees, and i think you just convert the fees developer to you because the scren shot showing there is some fees going somewhere,  anyway i don't care, take the fees for you just don't add malware and bad files

First - it was "encrypted" from the begining. Now some AV on virustotal even marks it as "hsrminer", if it tells you something.
Second - all that your screenshot is showing is that diff was low, then it became higher. I won't be like you and won't accuse you for lying - I can suppose that it's result of some bug in original hsrminer because it certainly have bugs as any software - I've already fixed atleast one of the palgin' bugs in -d option parsing. When I will have more free time I will try to repeat what you have described and hopefully fix this bug if it actually exists.

As for devfee, I will implement --donate option with next release, because several users already asked me about it.

@Just_a_miner

Great miner! It made my GTX1070 so happy Smiley

But... The hashrate is lower than the example in the first post:
Hsrminer_Neoscrypt_Fork with default settings, normal process priority version - 1322 kh/s

mine, with the same settings: 1150KH/s

Even with more power (105% PL / 180 GPU / 400 Memory) I can't reach 1300KH/s, just around 1250KH/s

Maybe this is because my Asus GTX1070 Dual has only 1 8-pin PCI-E power conector, but I just wanna ask: What the OS/driver combo do you are running? Maybe something os cutting my mining performance?

Thanks. Results that you see in the first post achieved with rather powerfull GPU - MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X, it has two 8 and 6 pin power conectors and high core/mem clocks. I have several less powerfull gpus with 1 8pin power connector and lower clocks - they also show 1230-1285 kh/s, so it's okay and depends of gpu manufacturer, "class" and so on.

OS is Windows 10 Anniversary edition with 390.77 Nvidia drivers. I've got same results on Windows 10 ver 1709.
Fine, I appreciate your explanation! I was worried that i could have something wrong with my beloved card  Roll Eyes

I will play with benchmark to find the best hashrate/watt settings, and find the perfect intensity. Do you have a tip for the GTX1060 3GB, just "trial and error", or let the default miner settings and drink a beer?

ok MR macho Cheesy
can you explain this picture, why i see fees going to somewhere ? Smiley
i fix the diff to 2048 but here i can see diff 256

you haven't explained why did you post fake virustotal report and now you asking me to explain you some screenshot? I don't have much free time for such discussions, if you don't like this miner or have some fears, you are free to use any other neoscrypt miner, there are lot of them.

@Ayman84
I see nothing in this screenshot to indicate anything.. If you want to point something out, mark up your screenshot.

he said this fork no fees, i fix my diff with 2048 after one hour the software start sending fees somewhere with 256 diff

for future try to implement a default html to like dstm, bminer, excavator have if you can Smiley same say in OP treath description it require a external application like telnet / putty

cheers & thx for clarify this

Ok, I've done some testing, actually you can connect and get results of api commands directly from browser. Firefox 58 was able to display results of api commands.

Try to type in browser address bar:

now i get it after reading what you was replay "Okay, now how to connect. As far as I know you can connect from linux with telnet." & "If you are trying to connect from browser using websockets - please show .html you are using" what means you was just implement api request not provide let say a default .html to ... it require user to build own html or use telnet, putty (windows, linux) or Remote manager provide by claymore see the EthMan

about awesome miner i not advice to recommend only for appi, putty, telnet (booth work on windows to) is more that inaff ... awesome miner make to much mess, personally i spend to much time clean after i was try to test it ...

You mine at 2048 difficulty? How do you know what difficulty is a good rate for your mining rig?
just make sure that you can submits  5 to 15 shares per minute.

When I look at the pool, it says I have 240s/s, I'm guessing that's 240 shares per second? I mine at 512 difficulty with about 15mh/s rig. Is 512 too low?

That's 240 shares of value 1 per second. So with 512 diff, it's about one share submission every 2 seconds.
Difficulty doesn't matter that much. Let the pool choose it for you.

I can't let the pool choose, it's not a variable difficulty pool. The next option for difficulty is 2048, is that too high for me?

is it possible to add min diff and max diff ?

Explain more please, how should it work?

I am using a fixed diffucilty at a pool (d=1500) sometimes the miner adjust the diffucilty to a much lower diffucilty and then the pool reject a couple of shares

So if we can force the miner to use a diffucilty from range 1400 - 1600 it wont reject the shares

I will see what can be done, but it won't be fast as it is quite complex task.
