Getting about 1,300 hash on 1070 Ti. Is this normal or low?

Powerlimit 78% (140w average draw)

I dunno what it was but I had some cards that were just really under performing, this miner has improved even the ones that were under performers.. I saw them in the low 1600's and this brought them to upper 1700's.. Not sure why the large disparity, since some of my cards hit 1900+ mining at the same time but I guess I just have a bad card.

its close code and with binary you can't add and customize the software

Actually I can and you know why? Because I'm very powerfull - look here   Grin

I was using Palgin's original HSR Miner for weeks.. It was a pretty good improvement over Klaust CCMiner for neoscrypt. When I was using one 1080 ti card I was getting around 1815kh/s. When I expanded my rig to 8 cards, the hashrate of the combined cards was closer to 1650kh/s. Still better than Klaust CCminer by about 5%. I guess because of multiple cards the efficiency went down.

Then I tried Just A Miner's fork with high intensity, same high OC settings I've always used (90tdp, +120core +600mem)... Combined hashrate for 8 1080 ti cards back up to 14.8mh/s, that gives an individual rate of 1850kh/s. I'm really impressed, and I want to thank you..

Miner shows a higher speed then the pool and getting much more rejected shares. I will do a 24 run and compare it.

Try to use normal priority version, reduce overclock. Pool can't show correct speed of miner - it's always some kind of estimation, because miners doesn't report hashrate to pool, it just send result of solved work - shares. Pool then try to calculate speed of miner by number of shares it submited during some time period.

Now i get Share Rejected, Low difficulty share

is there a setting where i can adjust the minimum difficulty ?

The new version you posted is being detected as a virus with both Chrome and Edge.  The previous one was not.

Normal priority version - https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/dc0b4ee4dff16847a5fa53d8ad82d1c2a4661b9c67e7fcadea8ebe75b888fd78/detection

These days most antiviruses mark almost any miner as at least suspicious, nothing you can do about it. Take any miner - original hsrminer, claymore dual eth miner, etc - all have some av detections.

good job you did but sorry not safe to download your fork.

Why did you post link to some file that is not last version of my miner? 13.6 megabytes file size instead of 8 mb and SHA256 hash is different.

Take a look at 1st post of this topic:

Downloads:

High process priority version (more hashrate): https://github.com/justaminer/hsrm-fork/raw/master/hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork_hp.zip

Checksum for hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork_hp.exe:
SHA256: d6bf7149ff189d786f1ee0a5bf28befbd6a1fa12efe02cc27b08dc0de0d268f8

Normal process priority version: https://github.com/justaminer/hsrm-fork/raw/master/hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork.zip

Checksum for hsrminer_neoscrypt_fork.exe:
SHA256: dc0b4ee4dff16847a5fa53d8ad82d1c2a4661b9c67e7fcadea8ebe75b888fd78

Do you see valid control sums (SHA256 hash) in greens for each file? Now look at red numbers in your url, it's SHA256 hash of some file you're trying to present as my miner:

https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/4992661665e1dfcc8a28d5589484db49ea5f51a20b55d84a233a9cc2fc655e2f/detection

Does red and any of green numbers match? No.

Now let's see virustotal detection for last version of my miner:

Normal priority version - https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/dc0b4ee4dff16847a5fa53d8ad82d1c2a4661b9c67e7fcadea8ebe75b888fd78/detection

Good news and bad news...

Somewhat recent excavator build benches 10% more on 1080/1080ti. I'm getting 2.2MH/s vs 2.02MH/s all things the same.

Can I see the settings of your 1080ti and miner?

It's because TitanXP is not supported by original hsrminer for some reason. I will try to fix it with next release.

I'd appreciate that.

Also, as others have indicated previously, I'd be happy to make a percentage donation if you can work out an algorithm.

Thanks

What are the speeds for the gtx 1060 3gb?

with klaust i get like 750/780
but with hsrminer i get 735

Users report different results, check 1, 2, 3.

Hi,
I'm moving this over from the more general thread on neoscrypt.
I have tried running this from neominer and from the command line thus:

I am getting a lot of rejected shares, same as with non fork version and some accepted shares. And ultimately efficiency drops to around 20%.

Is this something to do with the TitanXP or am i doing something wrong?

thanks

I think GeForce1 just wanted to point his miner at your stratum/wallet for a day as a form of donation. Same idea crossed my mind as I was sending btc and had to pay 10% transaction cost...

Btw, fees for btc are quite low last weeks, may be month. I remember it was like 300-400 satoshi per byte like 2-3 month ago. Today I was able to send it for just 15 (only 15 !) satoshi per byte, get 1st confirmation in 5 minutes and 4 confirmations in 20 minutes. I must say it's not bad for good old BTC  Grin
