There is a new Hoster for your mining gear in Europe (Switzerland).

Have a look here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/strompreis-mining-in-der-schweiz-1353226
Or here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/avalon-6-group-buy-mit-hosting-1382779

The operator is RealMalatesta (hero member).

EUROPE
=====================
URL:  there is one, but its not public (for customers only) -> PM to RealMalatesta for more information.
Price: KWh from USD $79/mth + $7/mth for a VPN/VPS Service (optional) -> CHF 0.108 / KWh (atm 1 CHF = 1 USD)
Location: Switzerland, to be more specific, its up to RealMalatesta to make it public
Comment: I can vouch for him. I've visited the place and left my mining gear there. Contracted for at least 3 months. 8% tax for direct shipped mining gear + expenses charged by the carrier.

I just want to add my positive feedback for sidehack’s hosting. I’ve had three of my S7’s hosted with him and miner uptime has been 100%. Vpn access is also great. I would highly recommend him for hosting  Grin
Does sidehack have a thread specific for his hosting?  I didn't see one here or any info at the gekkoscience website.  I sent him a pm, but I'm sure his inbox is flooded with messages all day long.  I'm looking to get into having hardware hosted, thanks for this thread, very helpful.

Hello, I'm Michael Toomim of the Toomim Bros.

We are an LLC, not a coop. We have insurance.

You can't be "a LLC". You can be "a LLC registered in X jurisdiction under Y number. Here's our certificate/letter from the secretary/etc". Got a letter ?

You can't "have insurance". You can "have insurance with X for Y under limits k, l, m, n etc". Got a policy ?

Did we ever get complete answers to the important questions asked here?

Where is the LLC registration letter?  Where is the insurance policy?

Thanks in advance!   Smiley

Hello everyone,

Thanks OP for this thread, very informative.

I'm currently looking for a new hosting service for a few S7's in the EU/Iceland & was wondering if anyone can post any recommendations or feedback on their experiences. Obviously costs are of major interest, but just as important to me is customer service/connectivity.

Thanks in advance.

Anyone?

Don't let me speak for them - but with current exchange rates EU/Iceland is priced out of the smaller miner market, especially the EU. There are some hosters in Iceland, but the ones I'm familiar with don't do anything less than 1MW. Anyway - keep looking.

Great North Data is pleased to offer $52/kW hosting including taxes and fees (except a one time $40 account set up fee) for S7s. We've had a really good experience with S7s, so we're offering a special rate just for them.

We're coming up fast on our third anniversary and will be rolling out our second facility in the next few months.

CryptoBoreas has ~50KW open capacity. This may change quickly seeing as we have some of the cheapest - if not the cheapest - hosting fees in the world. Third transformer upgrade is in the works once we put together the capital. Once that is completed 200+ kw will be available.

Reserve me some kw!!  Grin

Worry not, we'll have space for your gear.

Again, I would like to recommend hosting by sidehack (Gekkoscience, see on the first page).
Currently hosting three S7 with him.
miner #1 was connected within minutes
miner #2 was received late on FRi and connected early on a Saturday-the guy had to come back to work on the weekend for this.
miner#3 was connected within minutes
All three are visible on VPN, which is INCLUDED.
A great deal, if you ask me.
All three are Both working fine so far.

Most people know him as one of two people behind Gekkoscience mining sticks that many come to enjoy, but he is a man of many talents, obviously.

bumping my own post.
Update: hosting seven S7 now-all online, all have VPN access.
A very satisfied customer. Thanks.

I have my miners hosted at cryptoboreas for 2 weeks now. No downtime, allinvain is always there when you need him.. No vpn access to the miners. Whatever you need, you sent pm to allinvain or send an email through their support page.. I would recommend cryptoboreas..
