You have two options:
1. Especially if you are too stressful for it, stop it. Really. Maybe find 2-3 projects you find very promising and hold for more than 2 years. If you chose well, you'll recover your money and also make profit.
2. If you really-really want to do this, start again, but with much smaller amounts, and learn more. If you lose 10 or 100$ is not a big deal if you learned something of it. And when things go very very very well for months, you can start to increase the money you trade with. However, never invest more than you afford to lose, because "accidents" do happen.

i suggest use a money only that you can afford to lose that 13000$ is not small amount of money and its hard to get it back. And also if you try it again to trade no guaranteed that you will get profit with trading in second time you try.I suggest you to learn it more so you will not experience the samething and you will be more careful next time that you try.

There are so many good projects that are undervalued at the moment. There's no reason to invest in a project that looks risky. You're pretty much just gambling instead of investing. I would recommend investing in projects like Stratis, Waves, and BAT. These projects will be around for as long as cryptocurrencies exist.
