I agree with you bro, this is why we need to always do research and analyze for each coin we want to buy. by doing this, we don't have to worry if we are in the bad situations like today and we can hold with a stronger hand and never think to be a weak hand. besides that, if we are found good coins to be held, I think we can have more faith in the coins and we can stay calm and only wait for the increase in the price.
