are you new here? first if you receive a token that has just been distributed from the project owners you must wait for them to be exchanged. you can't sell it unless someone needs that token.
so you have to hold it for several months until they are in exchange and you can only sell it.

Personally, I think that you should be guided by the state of your affairs, if you need money and you have to pay bills, it is obvious that selling tokens and withdrawing funds for personal use would be a good decision.

It's hard to answer your question of give you any advice so far we don't know the token you've received. But if you make a thorough research on it and discover it is a promising token, then you can decide to hold for a while but if it is the other way round, you know what next to do.

It depends of what token. But it is not a very good time to sell coins now as we don't know if the crypto market is going to increase or not. And they are surely a lot cheaper than the price at ICO. If it is a scam token, it is maybe better to sell them if they have some value.

You must do research yourself about the token of the project you're holding. If you think the project is for long term and have potential to grow, Hold it till you're satisfied on the outcome. However, if you think the project has no future and the team is not good in developing their project, then its time sell because it will continue to dump if theres no development on it.

It depends on the tokens you have and your current situation. It is better for you to do your own analysis of the tokens you have, if possible to increase and reach the highest point then investing it is the right choice. But, if you think the token will have problems to increase then it's better to sell it.

That is up to you and up to which coin you recieved. In market there are too many shitcoins and too many gems also.
You need to firstly do your research about that token's project. If you start to believe that token have good future you surely need to hold that.
But if you dont like the project or team please sell immediately and invest better coin.
