One moment ETH is at 3000 dollars, after several days it drops down to 2500 dollars. It is perfectly normal and recoverable, you just have to be patient. One technique is to buy during the dip and hold until the price peaks. Some people panic sell their crypto when they see that the price keeps decreasing, dont do that. Not only will you lose so much of what you invest, you'll also influence the market.

Market never fair to anyone, if its a fair then how people can gain any profit on it.
Someone need to be loss so the other win, just trust on any strategy you take, it will take you to some win in the future.
I had this type of experience some few years back during the last bear market lost almost all my money the best part of it was holding my coins and not selling them that time.During the recent bull run i made alot from the market some of my coins did more than fifty-percent gain.The best advice is to hold at this time and be patient before the market Don't panic and sell your altcoins.

Almost everyone experiences this. Because we rarely get accurate information about pumps or dumps. We're stuck on the moon. There is no other solution except holding for the long term, or by trading short term to recover the balance slowly.

Only you have not lost your profits all who are holding coins for long term have get loss. You should hold your coins for at least year for getting your good profit if you are holding good coins.
You can't say you lost money on cryto the fact we are experiencing a dip in cryto market doesn't mean you actually lost anything rather it's a perfect time to accumulate more coin so that once there is a bounce back you make extra profit for the new price you bought and the current price each coin would worth during that period.

dont you make money management in your trade? that's huge amount for us , meanwhile at this moment we still face unclear market direction. some people said its will bounce hard and another people said its bearish trend. if your goal was investment for long term , believe it will recover soon. price will not rise or drop forever. You bought it in high price , and did not use stop loss and trailling stop. Since crypto created, the price is always in high fluctuacion. From history in bull market in the pass, that told us after the price rally multiple times, the price also will have potential to dump hard. So use stop loss to avoid mistake of FOMO. The solution for now is keep holding and wait for the price recover .
I agree that people are very upset seeing their money go down, I am upset as well to see my money going down but I am holding strong, I am not going to let these whales drop the price and convince me to sell to them and then they will profit even more when it goes up and I would be wishing I never sold. That's always the case, the whales drop the price but selling 100 million at a time, then they accumulate by buying 5 million at a time, so when they drop it they just drop it quickly but when they are buying they try to keep the price low, that way they will profit a ton whenever we all work together to make it go up while none of us profit as much as they do.
This is once again one of those times, the whales are causing it to drop by selling bunch of them and there is a good amount of reason why we should not let them take over and convince us to sell ours.
