You will lose all your money if you sell it now, try to hold and wait for the market to recover because that is the only way could help. You have said this year, maybe YES or maybe NOT, why not try if you still have the courage to do that.
Since you are investing in different coins, in fact, you have ETH. These coins are not scams, they have been in the market for a long time so there will be a big chance to recover them. However, if you sell them and then reinvest, it is still be fined as in some other way you can recover your losses.

Well you dont lose anything yet unless you sell. There's a lot of fear in the market because of this dip but whales are loving this FUD, if you're wise enough to think whats beneficial then you wont sell and just go with flow.

Certainly you can recover the value that lost on your assets but we cant pin point when it will happen, it can be this year or the other years to come. What we need now is to be patient and dont be too affected, remember diamond hands always win the game.

As long as you don't convert anything, yes it is recoverable but we are not sure if it will this year. If Bitcoin price rebound, there is a huge possibility that you can even take some profit due to the market returning to being bullish. Just have patience and all will be well.

I too lost many in ETH and it really sucks, I thought the price gonna go up until EIP1559 rolls out it turns out it gets dumped simply because bitcoin is get dumped too and I think we can recover maybe within 3 months,
the price showing resistance in $37K and hopefully there's reversal that could cancel the bearish market, also it feels a lot more sucker when the cause of the dumping isn't the crypto price cycle but because some government
decide to meddle with crypto out of the blue.

I loss more than 50% in my LTC assets because price dump and I bought on $320 and now very cheap above $160$. I think need patience maybe one or two months later to see all coin back to higher price without any bad news from bitcoin.

It's obvious you are not prepared for this kind of scenario and you did not follow sound investment advice to only invest what you can afford to lose, but this is not permanent if you checked the chart the market will eventually recover the big question is how and when maybe a month or two or maybe a year but the market will recover if you are not comfortable in this kind of situation then sell at a loss.

As long as you will not sell your hodlings it will remain to its value so if I were you, better hodl it for a long term and dont do panic selling. And additional suggestion better add more to your hodling sincr there are dips happening cause once it pumps up again it will definitely a good profit for you.
