For newbies best coins to hold for longterm never changes: Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, ADA and maybe Solana, Polkadot, Avax and some other potentially good coins like Luna, maybe exchange coins like FTX and Crypto com may explode in long term. These are my suggestions.

The best Altocoin for future hold is definitely going to be DOT. It has great base that will success in near future. I have heard that project will beat Ethereum in 3 to 4 years, continuing increase in price of Dot i think a good sign of future. Another coin I like for long term is SXP big project with biggest community. May take a big rally in future. These two coin will definitely going to give us profit.

This is easy to say now because MATIC is current at all time high already. It is always easy to look at a coin already rising and breaking records but for once I agree that Polygon is one of the strongest teams out there with real devs and real utility for their token.

It might fall a lot but it will be like Ethereum as a second chain layer in 4/5 years.

I am also thinking that Matic value could increase rapidly. I think the situation with users and projects migrating from Ethereum to BinanceSmartChain will be reflected on Matic. I am not saying that people will move from BSC to Matic, because BSC blockchain has some issues. But I see that more and more projects choose Matic as their blockchain. More and more often I came across and spot Matic. Its price also shows good results. After major price drop, Matic not only regained all what it lost, but set a new ATH.

for gene i've actually heard of this project but when i saw this coin i felt it would just be the same as ever with a coin meme that will only be short term and only rely on hype.
I don't want to speculate more with this coin
