I also quit trading but in my case i cant sell it on high price . We know that a traders motto is buy low sell high but im having a problem about selling it high. So im gonna quit trading maybe this is not my forte maybe i born to be a gambler or something. Im planning also to deposit all my bitcoins in a gambling site because i could make a money from it in along term. You should do this too
Before getting into trading one needs to analyse as much possible about his knowledge in trading and learn the necessary information or else need to analyse whether he's passionate about it. Because if one is passionate he'll stay active and try to make big earning, or else on experiencing loss this will be happening.
I do believe you have learned something significant especially how to manage risk and emotional control. Loses 7bitcoin is not a loses to me but a great gained as the values of bitcoin has increased significantly. Others coins are also coming up of recent which you can take advantage of.
losing bitcoin i think is a good reason why we need to stop trading, but a lesson to be learned that we need to change in ourselves. in order for us not to lose money again we need to change our life strategy , we need to correct the things that we have been do wrong, in that case we will be successful on the things that we will do again.

It is not bad when we lost sometimes. Being a trader , we need to accept the fact that we may lost our money sometimes because we may be wrong sometimes investing we need to learn from it, we need to correct that thing and in that we will be good trader and we can avoid losing again sometimes.Correct. Yeah. This is the reality also for me , in the starting I lost my money in the trading much , but at a point of big loss I made a plan in my mind and think that down in the price of a coin is a better opportunity to buy and up in the price of the coin is not a date way to invest your money , and after this I always buy only those coins which were at down and always after the place it for the sell at the rate of 10% more price . And with this idea get rich in two months .And for trading experience can be a lesson, and now focus with bitcoin only if the high selling price can be directly sold.

Here the OP is really a rich person but if he still hold his Bitcoin then surely turn his money about 5 times then was in September 2015 .
Because in the last of 2015 the price was very low 200-300$ but in the current time price telling what the OP have ( if he didn't yet sold his Bitcoin ) .
Well here I will suggest to op that if he still have those Bitcoin then he should hold it for the end of 2020 because the prices will increase more and more and no one can stop it to rise because people are daily entering in this business .

Here I think the problem is not with numbers. Doesn't matter 40 or 4 bitcoins. The problem is loss happened. I also took a decission and I quited trading as well.

i feel you brother like right now im losing almost my 60% investment. I work hard to earn that money but in a small period of time almost all are gone. I wanna quit trading but im hoping that one day I will recover it. Thus, i dont want to end as poor as a rat. Like just one wrong move all your hard works are gone. As they say traders are not quitters. So better keep going.

Holding could be the easiest way since you will just wait for you desired price but always remember that you have to invest with knowledge and to be able to do that you need to be well inform with the recent news.
