I just did wrong planned because I had earned only half ethereum by participate bounty program so now I motivated by friends start trading. This reasons aren't major and my gather information trading never take too much time from you, if you do trade more than 5 coins.
Trading requires many factors such as understanding, intelligence, experience, market observation, recklessness, patience. If you do not overcome the pressure when the crypto market falls. I recommend investing and holding more than trading.
Trading in the cryptocurrency market is a really profitable business. But no one says it is easy. It really needs to learn and work in order to get something conceived, sometimes just one desire and patience are not enough.
1) Too much stress.
Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.
2) Too much time.
Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.
3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).
It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

Trading is very tasking and more time consuming. At a point, it was affecting my job and I have to quit. I will advise newbies considering cryptocurrency trading to find a good method to help balance their work life else they may loose loved ones

Actually is that a normal for the traders experiencing stress but I notice mate trading job is very profitable and best way to earn if you have a bullet of skills and knowledge.

I think trading in this kind of market situation leads to those first two things you said. Trading is different when the market is green. I'm not doing any trades during these market situation and only rely on these bounty campaigns. And there are times that I'm not really earning anything good which means it only helps a little.
I think that not all users of cryptocurrency should be traders. Not everyone knows how to do it. By this, I think that most users should better concentrate on using the blockchain and using Dapps.
