A lot of people today have lost all hope of growth because they leave the market. This is bad for the whole blockchain infrastructure. If there will be no changes before the New Year, then 2019 will be a fatal year for cryptocurrencies.

As for me, I have just one reason why I stopped trading. The market is not moving, it is stacked, and I can not trade in this case. I will better wait for big movements

trading is not an easy job because you need  a lot of  patience and also knowledge and i think that you can not quit  from your dreams as easy as you did.
Nowadays the market is too difficult for us to make a profit, so many people give up, no matter how passionate they are, they have abandoned and moved to other fields, The weak bounty hunters.

1) Too much stress.
Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.
Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).
It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2
There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96

for the reasons number 1 and 2 I agree but if you are using multiple monitor I'm sure you won't checking crypto values for 10-15 times per day
as alternatively you can use an cryptfolio widget Android based or use trading bots so you won't spend a lot of time to doing all this

If you checked every 15 minutes, you are not sure what you are doing, meaning no strategy.
Is this a topic to promote your website and those blockchain games and not a real message why you stopped trading, mhm..

Honestly speaking, you are very much on point. Anything that one has to do online is very stress-full. It involves a lot of smart thinking and equivalent action. Your brain has to be very much involved, and that is the powerhouse. Then you must make out time for it if you must make any gain. Time to check for the down tides and up-tides in other to click the right button or link. To avoid boredom, you now start looking for what to do to keep watch, and off you go searching for other things to keep up and game is OK for that. I do all these too so I can relate with you very well.

It seems to me that only experienced traders can earn on trading today. Especially if these people know how to make profit on margin trading.

Nevertheless, I believe that the games on the blockchain are created for the purpose of entertaining, you should not invest a lot of money in them, otherwise you can get too carried away and lose a lot.

some people earn 2-3k USD monthly. But they do it professionally. Like they spend 8 hours per day. I don't have so much time

I also engaged in trade, but realized that I was bad at it. The cryptocurrency market is very volatile and losses can be very high. Now I stick to the strategy of buying altcoins and forgot about them for a while.

Well if you can't handle it then quit ,
If you are just losing some money then quit if you couldn't do it right then quit you are just making other people rich by your mistakes in trading.

Not everyone can trade. The most important thing for a trader is psychological stability. The trader needs to be able to focus on the task, not paying attention to any pleasant and unpleasant unexpected moments that arise in the form of news, failures and unexpectedly emerging opportunities during trading.

I face the same problem also when I first learn how to trade. I could remember I spent nothing less than 16 hours daily checking chart and staring at my order on binance app on my phone. well to day I do not that again and one thing I discovered was that during those period I was in for just short term interest. I thought I could make averagely $50 a day trading but I couldnt continue that. Now i place buy order and ones its executed I will set target by placing a sell order

I would stop as well if trading is giving me a stressful day but that will only be a temporary leave.

I wouldn't leave and stop trading for a very long time just because of the stress. I may feel stress but I'm not going to stop trading, I'll take a rest but will continue.

Because the market has become so unpredictable that you can only lose Sovi tokens that have long saved up, and earned on trade, now the best position is to keep long-term, even say that a lot of traders only lost their money, instead of earning, so that's the main reason why many traders stopped trading

It is good to stop trading if it give you lots of stress. It is not healthy in the long run. You may want to change your strategy and invest for the long term instead.
