It is better to stop trading if we cannot handle our emotion because in the market, we will face many things and it's not guaranteed we can make a profit every day. While the market is stagnant like today, you can stop for a while and do another thing, and you can come back if the market can recover in the next month. And it's good if you can something that will help you to get new activities, so you can prevent your mind to think about trading.

These are very valid points. I do trading too and I think I make it something that does not really waste most of my time. I mean there are hours that I need to do other things in the house and the family so I spend at least one hour then do another chore then go back to it again for another hour and so on and so forth.I think it really has something to do with strategy.

Yes that is right to say, every person has their own choice, we cannot force a person for anything, if a person do not feel confident he should really stop trading and should try to find other job or mean of earning where he feel himself more commutable.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

This is the same feeling I got when I trade and it is really not good for our body because a lot of negative things and stress comes in our way. But this doesn't stop me from trading because when I hit the jackpot, it really made me happy

Well i think even Trading won't last in this bearish market. It falls and then falls more and then more. Even trading can work only in a market which at times go up and down but not in a market which has only one direction to go and that is rock bottom and then discover new depths in rock bottom.

Well, trading with emotion surely triggers that stress. It is always best to trade calmly, though I guess that is quite impossible since we are only human (subject to stress and emotion). That would be a great move to stop trading if you cannot handle your emotion. It will be devastating at the end.

I can say I have not stopped trading since I just let my sell order sit on the exchange wait for it to be fulfilled and set buy order then let it be fulfilled. If one has patience, then probably stress will be lessened. I think this factor is missing to you and OP.

Btw, I only trade what I can afford to lose that is the reason why I am not emotionally affected by the decrease in prices I guess.

This has become a natural thing even often when the market conditions decline we can feel bored and waiting is really a very boring thing. Experience and strategy are needed in trade. if you are not prepared for all the risks, it's better not to do this.

In my opinion, you can spend much less time trading - just place orders and watch their executions from time to time. 20 times a day to check the price is too much, of course, after that all desire will disappear. Especially if you trade on different exchanges - to enter your login, password, 2fa each time is too much.
And take a look at the AiBB project. With this application, when fully launched in the future, it will be much easier and more profitable to trade.

Personally I stopped trading for some period of time, and not only because of the stress, but because of the high decreasing of the crypto market. It is very hard to trade on the decreasing market.

It's hard to make money as a trader. In the short term the market is a voting machine, so it is more or less zero-sum. In the long-term its a weighing machine, meaning fundamentals win through in the end. If you really want to be successful then you need pragmatic knowledge, not tricks and wizard stuff with charts. I recommend reading 'The Intelligent Investor'.

The reason I'm stop trading is certainly because the current market conditions are dropping, when the market red is certainly difficult to get profit, and I will wait until the market recovers so that it can get a big profit again.

Yes, there is a lot of reason why we are feel cold on trading and all of this is because of current market situation that almost all coins have one step forward and two step backward in terms of movement so obviously its stagnant and solely affect trading profit, I hope that market can recover soon to protect crypto market moral.

Well, you traded in the market where they sell pickles and meat , and in the cryptocurrency market where a sharp rise and fall is far from new. I had to quit trade just because are very worried about this and start a lot of smoke. Health is more expensive.
