If you have enough crypto, then you can move to a long list of countries where you can exchange your crypto into fiat, and then you can buy any real estate you want. You should not just limit yourself to a few real estate brokers who offers crypto payment.
You are very much correct. But the problem lies elsewhere. Does the broker deal in currencies that are considered as illegal to that state law? That also needs to be consider because then they wont be able to convert the bitcoin to fiat let alone think about the next step of buying a estate with that fiat amount.
First, find a country you want to move to, then find an area you want to live in, then rent a house or condo there, and after 6 months or more, where you start to know the area and learn the language, you can start thinking of buying.
Yeah right thats a whole lot of things to do and possibly not something that you can expect an average middle class person to achieve without any prior influence from big hitters. We are talking about big things here and they dont come for free and neither do they ever leave without a mark on your name.
