So much hate but for what? So what if he doesn't give it to an escrow? What do you possibly lose other than a few hours of your time? Well OP, I'd like to receive the 100 BTC from you because I feel that I am capable to put it to good use. I'm currently studying for my major national exams, and once I graduate, I intend to spread more awareness about Bitcoins in my country, Singapore. Singapore is an economic hub but it doesn't know much about Bitcoins. Hence once I graduate, I would like to start up a bitcoin exchange / bitcoin related company in Singapore in order to spread awareness. I also like to organise several meet ups and seminars in Singapore about bitcoins. The company may focus on helping local companies accept crypto - currency, mainly bitcoins. The money will be used for the start up to advertise about bitcoins, and etcetera. I hope you'll help me out with my ambitions!

I am confused what the OP is trying to accomplish as well. Maybe they are concerned they will have a big target on their back if they price goes up another 10,000%. Maybe they feel like they won the lottery and want to give another forum member that feeling.
I have lots of ideas ranging from trivial costs to millions of dollars in capital. However, power corrupts. Before accepting such a gift, I would have to improve my project management skills. I have no specific use for 100BTC at this time.

I have been an aspiring body builder for years with little funds and no guidance. This 100 BTC would provide the funds necessary to hire a professional to help me achieve my lifelong desired goal of competing in both power lifting and bodybuilding. The funds would also provide the food I need to gain adequate muscle mass. The remaining funds would allow me the opportunity to go back to school and become a certified personal trainer which would provide lifelong satisfaction and the ability to help other people achieve their goals and live a healthier life.

Curious what people will respond with here.
I guess a lot of responses will go from 100% unselfish, charities and such, to 100% selfish, loose women and drugs... to sob stories.
Being skeptical and assuming most of the people posting in this forum is lying half the time, I don't exactly believe the OP. But playing the game, I'd probably invest some in various coins (or just keep it in btc), cash some out, buy some gifts for family... and that would probably be it. As stated by BCX, it's a nice chunk of money, but not like anyone can retire to an island on it.

Oh, I'll throw in a bid.
I'm probably not the most deserving obviously, I'm not sick and don't have any dying relatives. I am constantly trying to come up with new business ideas though for Bitcoin and 100 BC could go a long way towards helping that cause.
Additionally, my wife and I are very responsible and have good jobs but we really want to leave. It's absolutely miserable here in Iowa, it's corn fields everywhere you look for miles. We've started a fund recently to move but I suspect it will take 3-5 years at a our current pace. I suppose with 100 BC I'd pay off my student loans completely (Which is about exactly that amount) and get us out of here immediately. (kind of depressing that all the extra money I make for the next 10-15 years will otherwise go to high interest loans, the ultimate cost being something closer to 100,000 with interest and the time it will take to pay them off.)
I'd send you christmas cards from my future lake house and the family would love you. Maybe we'd get t-shirts with your name on them.

I would use the money to send my two sons aged 6 and 8 to a private school far away from the shitty area and environment I live in now. Otherwise I worry they will end up like their older peers, in prison or worse.

I care for my disabled mother who often needs 24 hour supervision and is pretty much home bound. I work when ever I can to make ends meet so we are getting by. I don't need 100 btc what I need is a car to get her to doctors appointments, shopping and just get her out of the house. It's the reason I got into crypto in the first place.

Second I don't deserve them I'v done nothing worth wile enough to receive them, yes I'v always try my best to be a good person but nothing truly amazing worth mentioning but I will say that if i revived theses coins I would be very grateful, I would be able to get though college without having to work every second I wast in school
which i'm worried abut because I don't know if I can mange all of that at the same time. I don't need the money and it might be spent better at one of the charity's but in my life I think it could make a world of difference and I would never forget the generosity,make sure it helps someone if not me.
