Holding altcoins is not good at all because all altcoins get dropping so it's better to wait than holding some coins that always decreasing and lossing all of your funds.
since entering 2018 the holders have begun to scatter, because many of them are afraid of experiencing losses, indeed if anyone survives from 2017 until now it is very appropriate to be given an award, because he is able to survive in an unstable condition.
I am holding for a year now and looking forward for an increase on demand in the market. As of now, most of the coin and token I hold lose the value so I am not selling it.
I think that a huge part of people on the forum are holders since 2017, and not only because they support the project, but primarily because their asset prices have fallen to unacceptable levels.
I don't think that hodl concept is good enough. Smart investors will never hodl any asset whatever. It's a very stupid strategy during the obvious bear market IMO. What's the point to do so mindlessly?
I think there should be a lot of holder like I do for now because there is no point in selling without make profit and the main aim of investor is to make profit.
many investors who before starting an investment with crypto currency never understand all the risks that will be obtained in the investment only think of profits in investment if there is news or something bad happens they will panic and fear and they seek a safe way by holding back

Every hodler is a seller that just waits for the right time to maximize their profit. As for me, I've been holding exrn since 2017 and it's been a good experience for me. Many times I wanted to sell because of the bear market but I persisted since I believe in it's long term valuation.
There are Holders here, because people who bought BTC at prices in 2017, or rather, probably started in 2018, there are a lot of them and most of them have already sold BTC on a wave of panic, because this was due to the fact that most people just do not understand why and where.

I believe that there will be the right timing on when to sell and right decision as well on until when to hold your coins and token. As for I have had my experiences of selling my assets too soon and I also have experience holding my assets too long that it had lost its value from when the time I got it which I blame myself not selling it at once.
Believe us, there are a lot of holders here. They are still waiting and will wait for the price to rise. Nobody wants to lose what they have. All that remains is patience. Or you can trade in the market.

Kost of holders are not real holder, they are holding because it's not a good time to sell anything. When the market on a bullrun, I'm pretty sure they will sell all.
I think supporting a crypto is not to simply holding the coin that we had, right now the best thing to do to make the market better is to make more investment in crypto, that way will increase the demand of a coins and at the same time it will be able to pull up the price of the crypto.
unfortunately not everyone can do it all, even the big investors I don't think they all do it, at least only some of them with a bad market condition. but I'm still sure the market can be bearish again, I will continue to wait for it until the time really arrives.

I am a hodler almost 1.5 year and see no reason for continue this strategy further. Buy the deep not working anymore
