Now, England team won the match and match happened and fortunately match was ended due to DLS method. Yes, you are right ICC should take step for the teams which did not play the match and they are out of the tournament. If Pakistani team play match against Ireland,it could qualify for super 8 but rain interrupted and Pakistan is out of the tournament. The same thing could be for England team but England team luck was good and they played the match.

My question is if rain interrupted in the super 8 teams match, then what will be the next step of ICC, obviously match will be conducted to the next day .So ,why ICC chose the day if rain happens? I think Pakistani team could qualify easily and could make position in semi final.

Most of the matches were abandoned due to rain especially India Vs Canada, Ireland Vs USA, England Vs Scotland, SL Vs Nepal, all these important matches were abandoned and the points were shared evenly, thus there were some favorite teams whose chances of qualifying for Super8 ended. Pakistan was particularly unfortunate as the match between Ireland and USA was abandoned and their farewell bell rang from the group stage of this year's World Cup. Just such a match is going to be faced especially today's match between Australia and Scotland if the match is abandoned due to rain then it will be England's bad luck and England will have to exit from the group stage. However, there is a high chance that the match will not be abandoned as there is no chance of rain in the weather forecast for now.

We agree with the statement that rain is winning this game. After a long wait we can be sure that this match will not even start. The weather condition is not good and on the other hand it is raining incessantly. In this situation only rain can win. Where the audience has nothing to do but stare in amazement. There was a preconceived notion between the two teams that both the big teams would win and there was little chance of an accident. Those who bought today's tickets are already leaving the ground as they realize that the match is unlikely to happen.

It was very poor decision-making on behalf of the ICC, they could not analyse and account for the weather conditions. Today we also see the match between India and Canada delayed due to rain. Due to such weather constantly we are not able to observe the matches well and see which team will do well. However, if this match is delayed today, there will be no problem for India as India has already qualified for the qualifiers, but Canada has not, so the team has not qualified for the qualifiers.

Today's match between Namibia and England this match is very important for England, if they can play today's match properly and get a good win then they have a chance to qualify. And if today's match is delayed due to rain then definitely England team will not be able to reach the qualifiers rather they will not be qualified to play. Moreover, England's current position in the points table means they will not be able to enter the qualifiers, they do not have the points to enter the Super Eight.

In case of washout, ideally the higher ranked team should be awarded 2 points, rather than both the teams sharing points equally. Had the match between USA and Ireland happened, then there was a good chance that Ireland could have won, and thereby Pakistan could have qualified for Super8. Congratulations South Africa to add one more win in list and thier rank is top 1 with all wins and congratulations to qualify for Super Eight Round games.

In fact, it has been especially raining that has worked in favor of the United States and has worked to propel them to the Super Eight. Tomorrow's match was abandoned and one point was shared and the USA's points became five points which, even if Pakistan's next match takes place and wins, Pakistan has no chance of qualifying, thus qualifying from Group-A as the second team with five points. Very difficult win for South Africa team in this match and South Africa team won game by only 1 runs. They should have  excellent teamwork and skill on the field. The recent performance for South Africa have been outstanding and they continue to play exceptionally well in every match and beat every time. South Africa playing this match with amazing effort. Tabriz shamshi is a very talented player and they also earned medal of Player of match yesterday game. He was also lucky South Africa that day. Hopefully they will continue to play like this in the future. I hope Nepal man they will play better in the future match and sorry to say their team disqualified. I don't know the issue with this Pakistan team as I am not following them frankly. What I feel that this team lacked the zill to play good cricket. I would blame the selectors and PCB, reason being when Babar Azam was removed from captaincy why he was again given that job before a major ICC tournament? This means that the selectors are not worthy to be selectors.

A sudden change in the captaincy makes a team weak. Another issue was why a retired bowler suddenly comes out of his retirement and is choosen to be part of the squad?

Either PCB is corrupted! Or they want Pakistan to suffer to satisfy another agenda. God only knows what is is happening behind those close doors.

Pakistan's team's performance in the bilateral series right before the World Cup was not promising. They lost against the New Zealand B team at home and England defeated them comfortably. Ireland also won a match against Pakistan, so they were unprepared for the big event and had major middle-order issues. Pakistan's defeat against the USA surprised the majority of the cricket fans.

This year's World Cup is surprising most of the spectators. New Zealand, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka are out of the tournament at the group stage and England is on the verge of elimination. Associate teams are performing exceptionally well and their future looks promising.

I never thought before the T20WC-2024 started that Pakistan would be out of the tournament before playing the teams in the Super 8. I never expected them to lose their first match against a team which is debuting for the first time. When I saw them play with the USA and committing mistakes that should not have been made I felt at that time that they would not win against India. They lost a win-win game against India due to poor batting, which has become quite common in the Pakistani team.

The USA would have easily won against a weak team like Ireland even though the rain disrupted the game they got a position in the Super 8. After Sri Lanka, Pakistan is the second team from the subcontinent that is out of the tournament. I am still not sure whether Bangladesh has got a chance or if they are also on the verge of getting eliminated. Impressive cricket by Afghanistan as they have already secured a berth in the second stage, these guys have come a long way so fast.

No, you cannot say that it was the rain that ruled Pakistan out of the World Cup. Their overall bad performances in the World Cup and even before the World Cup led them to this loss of the World Cup dream. By the way, even we had no rain in the yesterday match, what was the grantee that the USA would have lost to Ireland?

For Instance, their team repeat the same mistakes again and again and does not learn from their mistakes. By The way, this time at the same style, Babar Azam lost his wicket in the Canada Match and at the same ground in New York as he was out against India which was also played at New York. Washout in Florida takes USA through to Super Eight

The sad but true fact is that South Africa is a very strong team indeed. That team lost to Nepal in the T20 World Cup, it can be thought. South Africa beat Nepal by just 1 run. It is sad for the team. But the last two overs brought real luck for the South African team. All I will say is that South Africa's fortunes do not side with South Africa.

Nepal should blame themselves. With around 4 runs per over needed to win, their batsmen failed to score even that much. Dipendra Singh Airee made 6 runs from 11 balls, while Kushal Malla made 1 from 3. Aasif Sheikh also wasted a lot of balls at this time. Only when Gulsan Jha and Sompal Kami came together at the crease they made any attempt to hit boundaries. Nepal needs to utilize these sort of opportunities. Because they face full member nations very rarely and there is no guarantee that they will qualify for the 2026 edition.

The South African team won the match brilliantly, but we know that the South African team is much stronger than Nepal. Nepal is not that strong of a team, but South Africa is already very strong, and they have great players both in bowling and batting. However, the game we saw in this match was a much more exciting battle between the two teams, with South Africa winning by just one run. Whereas the Nepal team almost succeeded in meeting the target set by South Africa but unfortunately fell short of wickets in the last ball of the over due to which Nepal lost. The target of 115 runs could easily have been won against South Africa, but the Nepalese team was too frustrated and under pressure after losing four wickets in the last two overs. Due to which the team lost by one run by 114 runs in the last minute, but Nepal team played well enough against South Africa.
