Yes ICO is really a good investment and it depends on the ICO you choose. It is about taking the risk in investing, learning and having the information of the project before you invest.
Definately, ICO is really good for investment. But, you need to know the details of the project by reading their website, white paper,roadmap.It is risky for investors.For more profit, you can do this.There are more offers for investors who invest the project in early time.So now choice is yours.It totally depends on your mind.

I agree, although I am not saying that it is a hit or miss type of move. In the USA, ISO is prohibited. I think it's not just that. This system is not too clean either. I do not know of any project that the project was realized now.

They sell only to not their citizens. People from other countries and nationalities. They do not violate the ban. But the money is going to continue. A strange system.

If you have the right strategy yes, ICOs can be considered good investments if you pick the right ones and you invest the right amount, do not invest 20 dollars and expect reap a million dollars, it could happen but thats not the best approach, if a project is good and offering bonus tokens buy their tokens while the are discounted as this could be your jackpot.
