I think that global changes will not happen. Also I don't think investors will invest less in scam projects. I am pleased with the policy of google and social networks in relation to ICOs. They will allow advertising for projects that have been authenticated. I hope this will play a huge role in the fight against fraud and promotion of ICOs.
I am sure that everything will be so because the market is cyclical and growth must come to the market again. I think we can all make good money in 2019
I think that in 2019 the number of ICO will remain very high. The quality of ICO projects will not get better, but scams will be a little less. Investors are unlikely to become smarter.
people think it's going to be a good year for 2019, but I think it's going to be a bad year for 2019, it hasn't reached bitcoin lower level yet and it's going to drop to $ 4k. Also MtGox curse will start again in 2019
I am surprised why many consider ICO a failure only on one sign-the price of tokens after listing!Understand that's not the point.There is no such great demand for cryptocurrencies yet.All prices on exchanges are speculative.The real prices for which investors paid the ICO price will be after the full implementation of the product as well as the demand for this product.For this, as you know, it takes time.Be patient and wait-and everything will be very well
Some guys think that ICO is dying and 2018 is a last year for ICO. I don't think this way, I predict bull run in 2019 year and it seems to me that ICO format will remain positions and volume of collections will be increased.
I bet it will be caused by massive bull run. Probably STO will also increase popularity, because security tokens is a new trend and there are no that much security tokens. I know only Polymath and Mobu(but main stage of ICO hasn't started yet)

i think ico in 2019 will be like this year, i think year by year its more difficult to a project to reach hardcap, not like in 2017. Like many experts said, peoples want to see how far crypto and blockchain can change the world first before they put their money again in cryptos
no one can determine ico in the future, because in any crypto world it can happen, hope that ico will have a bright future, and not like now, where ico is getting more but not with the quality of ico myself and finally a lot of ico scams, doesn't mean now all ic scams, but most ico are scam, and there are still some ico who are not scams, it's just hard to determine which ico will be a scam and which ico won't scam.
Surely, people have learned in 2018, that not everything is sunshine and rainbow. So investors are getting more wise, and that might can end the era of scam ICO successes.
There will be no one knew how ICO future later. However, many of the expectations of the ICO will get better and grow to be increasingly qualified with a wide range of concepts a good and useful project. look this year for the ICO into a less good time because even many of the ICO which is not too good in the results and scams are everywhere.

Crypto currency is important for the project net so that it can succeed, including the team too, how the strategy is. I think the ICO will stay alive and better than now and Crypto will increase as coin coins soar, in 2019 it will be the beginning of the rise of the Crypto currency. and this year is a bad year, the year is full of difficulties, lots of prices are down, use this time to buy lots of coins and wait until they go up and you can get lots of profits.

I guess that ICO will beat the new records of fundraising and profit level for investors

In order for the ICO to end successfully, the rate of the crypto currency and the mood of investors are important.
in my opinion, 2019 will be a good year for investors and many successful projects. by 2018 this might be a bad year because prices are down many people are disappointed but if they think well at low prices it is a good opportunity to buy as many coins as possible because in 2019 the market tends to soar and you can enjoy the results that you have been waiting for a long time.
I think that in 2019 ICO will be still alive, ICO investors will be smarter and only join good ICO. No more lands for bad and scam ICO. 2018 is not a good year for investors because most of token dumped below ICO price. Investors will be smarter but scammers will be smarter too. It doesn't matter what we think about ICOs in 2019 these thoughts won't bring changes in the market only actions of governments and regulators can change the situation, strict laws can clear out ICOs of scams, legal liability will stop manipulations on the market, not our thoughts and predictions
By the way this is quite an interesting area for analysis. I think that we will average in comparison with 2018 and will come to some common denominator.
It all depends on the market conditions. We need this December bull run to track more new investors to the crypto currencies market. If the market will be still red in 2019, this year will be even worse for the ICOs than the whole 2018. We need to believe that the green market is near.
Ico will change now and i think we dont have so many ico scams now,becose the investitions is not to easy get now,many projects dying now becose they cant collect soft cap to realize project in life.
I think that 2019 will be decisive. Here or ICO will die in the form that it is and is transformed into something else, or it will take off even more than in 2017.
