This year is called as worst year for ICO and for ICO investors, because most of the projects are scam. But this will be the good thing because we learn from mistake and i would surely say that our investors now did not do this type of mistake in 2019 ICO's. They will definitely find good ICO project and kick out scam projects.
If ICO doesn't have evident regulations, I predict in 2019, many investors will not trust ICO. Because in 2018, there have been many ICO frauds. This is evidenced by the decrease in investment income in the form of ICO.
Most of the ICO projects I know of are not really potential so after calling soft-cap, they are listed on the exchange and prices start dropping constantly, besides I'm seeing some countries planning to Putting the law into ICO investment, hope next year will be better
Eventually hall market not perform well in the 2018. Most of the time down and down and in this situation dumping of new coins is normal. But many ICO perform really very well. Only selected ICO survived in this market. That's why It's look like not good year for ICO. With time for projects it's hard to get investment easily because of investors getting smarter by time to time.
Yes, ICO still alive next year, but if the market still in down trend again, more ICO will fail. So the investors will be scammed again. I hope all of ICO will succeed and no more scam next year.

The situation in the market of ICO will depend in many respects on a situation on crypto the market. If the market perfectly proves to be and is in a green zone, then ICO will perfectly prove to be too. But strong ICO projects will remain anyway, in my opinion.

Yes, I guess, after a wave of scam projects there'll be new interesting and promising ICOs focused on the solution of new technologically complicated tasks! This year has been difficult for many companies. Easy money is over - this is time for professionals!

We have no way of knowing it, it could go on like this, if we still keep seeing the same reaction from investors and the same ICO in the market, there should be a system where we can restrict fraudster from launching an ICO they are getting better and better doing this.
I think that in 2019 a lot of big projects will appear. But the total number of projects will decrease and I think that they will not be in demand. Only strong projects have chances in 2019th year.
I think your opinion is also correct, but the fraudulent ico will work together with the good ico, important investors know how to choose the right purpose ico good that they want to invest and ico in 2019 will continue.
i think that there will still be scam ICO-s in 2019, it's a too easy method to collect money, so sadly there will be a lot of scams later still
it's not in the year, but in the market trend. there would be a trend of an upward situation with coins would be at times better. so now no one wants to invest in projects for such a bear market
As per the current market situation you cannot predict anything if someone's says that then he's a liar. Everyone are desperately waiting for a bull run and I still believe there will changes for sure.
It seems to me that 2019 will be a period of revival. The weak must leave the market. Scammers should smuggle the market. The fans of their business should stay and start improving the market.
