This year is a bad year for cryptocurrency as a whole, the price of cryptocurrency has fallen many times, it is very difficult for cryptocurrency to rise, the downward trend is very dominant this year, hopefully by 2019 everything will turn out until 2019 this downward trend continue.
For what we see the economic and market status of ICO in this year for it would take about 2 to 3 years to stabilized their market and there is no magic in pumping up the ICOs as early as possible because it will take enough time to propagate to the market before before it will go to the moon just like what bitcoin and other leading crypto today.
As long as ICO still decentralized we will see a bad and scam ICO coming out, and there will be more people creating ICO in the future, because everyone got their opinion about the best coin for the community, the rapid growth of ICO had caused the investors to diversify their investment,this situation created a lot of weak ICO, so I don't think we will see a huge rising in 2019

in my opinion in 2019, there will be more ico scams and ico's growth will be even faster. we will all be very difficult in choosing ico, we are not only required to do research but everything we have to do to get a good ico.
I am sure that the 2019 economy will return to normal, both globally and cryptocurrency, hopefully we become successful people

It is extremely hard to tell for me because the landscape of crypto and ICOs are changing fast and the regulation is coming this year.
I am waiting on EU regulations , how they will handle crypto assets and from there we can make informed predictions, right now there is not much on what to go on.

if I had to predict in 2019, of course I would say that the ICO would stay alive, grow and be more popular. should from now on there should be no room for fraud. it is very detrimental to many people and makes many people become lazy in investing, because in fear of fraud. so I hope 2019 will be better than 2017.

Hard to make assumptions at this moment given that it is too early and also, change is not even occuring this year which would determine the possible outcome of cryptos this year that will highly affect the possible situation next year. For now focus on holding and being patient and wait for tables to be turned this year. But if nothing will be changed this year, I do expect huge comback next year.
Anything can happen in 2019 and the future is not definite now with the current state of the market. Investors confidence need to be high again for us to see some major appreciations in the market.

The ICO market is still very large with so many ICOs being produced daily, but over time our knowledge is expanding and improving, avoiding fraudulent ICOs is quite easy. I hope next year many ICO quality will be born and reduce the ICO scam.

Yes 2018 there are lots of scams that make us lose a lot and many people are afraid to invest.
I think this has something to do with 2017 because when that token is very popular and makes everyone want to invest so the criminals see this opportunity so that it makes a lot of ico scams to get a lot of profit.
But lately there have been many websites to detect an ico and this in my opinion is a very good step to improve what has happened because we have been able to choose which one to follow.

I am sure there will be less projects in the coming year. Capitalization has dropped and many potential developers afraid of losing money.
crypto markets fully satisfied from new coins and icos. look at the behind i think all of icos teams, developers are greater than crypto investors

ICO's will come back when the market comes back. Notice everything dealing with crypto is in the gutter. Airdrops suck, bounties suck and mining sucks. About the only place that doesn't suck right now is trading (assuming you have skills). Everything else is dead right now.
I participate in bounty companies for about a year and I think that during this time the ico has changed. They have become more serious and less scam, and investors have become smarter. This industry is developing and it's nice to see.
