Probably your right most of the icos project in these investor's and participant are complaining about the scamm problems.

Definitely ICO's projects will be continue in 2019 but i think project become limited but we need to choose wisely to avoid scamms.

In the upcoming year, people will be more interested in ICO because the chances of being scammed will be reduced in a huge proportion because of the technology. Already smart contract is a good way and the next will be a platform based on ICO regulation which will confirm the legitimacy of an ICO.

I think it's the same because too many ico projects have sprung up at this time, investors think they will sell their tokens immediately when they enter the market, and only take profits for a moment, after that they leave the project.
