all the things that are about the plan, and what the developer does with his idea is in the whitepaper, it is impossible if a project does not have a whitepaper.
how developers are attracting investors to invest in their projects, investors also need a whitepaper to understand everything related to the project they will support

Whitepaper is probably one of the minimum requirement to be considered a good ICO. It raises eyebrow that a serious project would not have a whitepaper. But just having a whitepaper isn't enough of a confidence-builder. Having an MVP to show stakeholders, though, now that's a sign the team is serious about turning their vision into reality.

It's possible that a coin will not have ico but  no whitepaper? Its clearly a scam and trying to steal money to those new in crypto markets.

ICOs have to have very little things to start raising capital, there is no excuse for an ICO not to have a white paper. It is something that people can read and understand what the ICO is trying to solve and achieve.

Without it, you have no clue at all what you are investing into. Personally I like to invest into ICO's that have a lot more than a whitepaper like a working product, but I would never consider investing into an ICO that didn't even have a white paper.

Any project launching an ICO should at least have a professional whitepaper, a detailed roadmap, an overview of the team with profiles and a disclosure of how the funds raised will be used for transparency

A working product in alpha or beta stage is even better

I think that whitepaper is important, how can we get info about project is there is not white paper? when we read articles about scam projects, main tip is to read this doc. So I think such projects are suspicious. Here are some tips how to find good projects: https://icoguide.com/en/blog/choosing-an-ico-common-pitfalls-of-scam-icos

ICO without white paper is not possible. otherwise, it is a scum, and this project can not be trusted. white paper contains all the necessary information about the project: the team, the goal, the problems posed in this area and their effective solutions, as well as many other important details.

If that ICO without whitepaper i did not continue to explore on their project and i will keep out because i think that they are scam ICO because they are incomplete to provide their information, even an ICO with whitepaper can turn out also a scam ICO after collected money from investors, be sure that the team behind that ICO is real and legit.

If a project does not have a white paper, it can only show that the team is not sincere enough to treat the project. It can not be said that a project with white paper is not a deceptive project. Many fraudulent projects are now packed. I think we can not judge the authenticity of the project only through the white paper.

You should never invest anything in a project without seeing the whitepaper first. One of the most important things in the whitepaper is the Roadmap for development, without seeing this how can you know that you are not investing in a project that do not plan to produce anything for 1 or 2 years? Also there will be important definitions of the project scope and the distribution of tokens. Always read and understand a whitepaper first

The whitepaper states in detail what a company will do once it accumulatea funds from investors. They can start a bounty without whitepaper (it might be just a draft and still finalizing) in the pre-sale period. But having no whitepaper once the main ICO is underway is unacceptable and can be termed to be  a scam.

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

An ICO project without a whitepaper? Probably possible, but even if the intention of the team is not to scam people, no one would ever trust their project. Mainly, because they do not show any proof that they are dedicated with their work. And I dont think scammers will not put whitepaper on their fake project. They will do everything they can to make their project look legit for the investors to be fooled.

ICO without Whitepaper is a very bad thing. Because ICO is where a company to sell their Token. With whitepapers is the explanation about ICO and other things contained there. And with whitepaper is the person knowing the product and the background of the company. If not using a whitepaper then that company is not seriously serious in ICO.

Yes, ICO project without whitepaper is a fraud, But we must remain vigilant. The fraudsters (ICO scam projects) are very smart and skilled in making whitepapers, which seem to provide significant returns for investors.

Whitepaper is one of the most important factor if you want to invest into something because the whitepaper explain about the project and what they are trying to do, investor won't invest their money in something that they don't know, if there's no whitepaper then how will we know if the project can worth a lot in the future?

It doesn’t say that much anymore. For a frw hundred bucks an outsourced writer can make you a pretty decent whitepaper. A lot of WPs are just copied and used with some changes made. You should look at a team and if they are who they say they are. People using their real names and faces. Making partners. Of course, a whitepaper is important and every ICO should have one at the time of their tokensale. But it doesn’t mean it’s a safe bet to contribute to them..

That is a necessary element of an ICO project. It's like you join a cult that do not have an idea that its a cult. If the project doesn't have white paper then do not waste your time on it.

Never joined and invest your money on ico without have whitepaper, you will loss your money if keep joined an ico project without have whitepaper. By reading on whitepaper we know what the opportunity of their ico project, we will more learning about how their ico will work and their roadmap about ico sale. But without whitepaper how to know when their ico will ended and listed on exchange market, when they are listing their token on market ?
