Definitely i will agree with you mate, for me it plays a vital in a project where all the important information needed in a certain project will be written in the said Whitepaper. I can probably say that if an ICO don't have a whitepaper then its a scam.

ICO without a whitepaper? It is most likely a scam!
I found this ICO called MediBit which I think have potential. Their goal is to build global healthcare platform to bring innovation to the current healthcare that puts significant time and financial constraints on the population. Unlike other medical platforms ICOs, they are approaching the development in realistic ways to be feasible in a real-life situation. I think it would be better if we get a whitepaper and understand the explanation more deeply, and besides that we also need to see the certificate from the website on the ico.

If you have visited the project site at the earliest stage, then the lack of white paper can be understood. But when there is a pre-sale, it seems to me that the document should be at least "working version". But there are projects that have white paper, but it does not bear any information.
The presence of high-quality white paper is necessary for the project. So that investors can understand and grasp the idea.

True it is very impossible to the ICO's if there is no whitepaper in it,because in a whitepaper there are lots of details on how or what kind/succesfull that project was,so i may say if that ico's has no whitepaper so it means it is not a legit,it is a scam!

We can't say it SCAM but we have to avoid it. There isn't any reason to choose it because it even has no any goal to make that ICO. Also another people will not believe with that ICO.

Without whitepapers in your project absolutely its useless because the participants are not willing to invest or involve in your project , every details and information are important because that is there bases in terms of investment.

I also do not believe in projects without a whitepaper because I will not be able to find important information about ideas, techniques or leadership. I will remove the project without the wpp in my first investment list.

With a probability of 99.9%, an ICO that does not have any white paper, or a road map, none of the investors will look, because investing in anywhere is like going and just throwing away your money.

In some cases where i saw there is no whitepaper and they do it after the ico or an airdrop. If we talk about the money it is good because it was an easy money while in the other hand it is absolutely a scam. How we can trust an ICO without any reports that we can rely particularly its team.

I fully support your opinion, whitepaper is mandatory for every ICO project. If there is no whitepaper or at least any technical explanation, this project is a pure SCAM. Every self-respected investor reads a project whitepaper before investing.

An ICO without Whitepaper is basically a fake ICO (scam) I must say. Because as a token-purchaser, reading white papers is important because it can act as a signal to inform whether a startup is legit or not. So an ICO does not have it then you should not be wasting your money for it. Some white papers are written by lawyers, some are written by people skilled in both business and technology, and some written by professionals with a strong finance background.

I have repeatedly met ico without whitepaper and not all of them were scam.
But as for me, this is disrespect for their investors, people need to know what they are investing in.
We need to be more strict about such projects.
