Perhaps they start othere point after ICO ends. Maybe they waiting for that. What is the point of opening the exchange if the coins are not sold yet, but this is just my opinion.
I looked in other projects and there is exactly the same all point (lending, trading, staking, mining, etc.) begin after the end of ICO.

mining won't begin till sometime after the ico tokens are released
Not a token, its a coin and I prefer coins over tokens as coins have dedicated wallets .
If you have a problem you should notice to CUSTOMER. Not should be quiet. I can get it but you do like this is not fair with your CUSTOMER!!!.

I actually got the same
They raised soo much funds so fast, but they cannot adjust known problems with wallet and logging in. I suppose they've hire not the right company to be responsive for technical part of the platfrom.....Actually the big problem of people is in the ability to read. It's already working, but right now it's closed. See the road map (Full Internal Exchange Launch - 26.01.18.).

I found that you are going to issue a debit card. It is a good idea, however, I cannot imagine how could it become possible to purchase with it without having a bank account.
It’s more like a plastic card that counts as a card with bonuses, however, PagareX may negotiate real contracts with banks. But then they need to change all the crypto to fiat. I’m 100% sure banks will not work with an ephemeral currency that is of s high volatility.
