what I thought also but double checked quite a few ICOs  and almost all ICOs initially do 1 year and all extend eventually; this originally was a red flag for me but overall most people I respect online back this project up.  Good rule that i've learned is to look for Caps of 25-90 ideally sweet spot 30 and these have big upsides.

This ICO doesn't smell good, some obvious red flags:

No dev team in the whitepaper, nor website. Referal system for ICO and lending program follows a pyramid multilevel scheme. Main focus in great gains. In summary, stinky and No added value to the crypto-ecosystem.

Besides, looking at whois database, seems that people behind this is not very confident on the project, Domain was registered for just 1 year and registrant name is not public.

It is such a pride if this pagarex is applied in various countries in the word. Because it gives benefit to various parties such as users, bank, and government, so it should be developed as soon as possible

It is a very optimistic forecast as if PGX would increase like BTC increased in 2016 or 2017. But it could happen. What is more this coin is based on the company’s activity. 400 times jump in price in two years is real even for a usual non-crypto companies, so the forecast is not too optimistic

it’s better to cover all the users ofc, but if jurisdiction doesn’t allow to enter the ico it’s better not to break the law
pagarex has covered lots of countries and hope will cover more! so to keep the demand quite high

I haven’t tried to withdraw some just for a test and it’s ok. So that’s true.
