It's locked now but it was open few days ago. The reason I passed on this signature was they were having over 400 participants at that time and now less that 200 (not sure about exact number) after removing the scammers.

They said 15th July for the deadline of bounty campaign reports.
I think it will need more days to count and distribute the coin after they get the reports from all of bounty participants.

Also, look at my signature,
"ICO: June 15th until July 15th"
They have their timeline, they are still on their track.

Why is social media bounty not a priority for you guys? Please fix the site so it recognizes tweets and FB shares/likes and pay the bounty rewards as you have committed.

Already they have given a deadline for Signature Campaign participants. I think this is for social media and blog article participants may be but don't have hope on by 15th also. In the previous update, they mentioned the same thing but they didn't distribute to participants.

Not only because they already gave a deadline, But because they already finish the counting and allocate token for the participants based on the total share they earned.
The bounty manager wants to distribute bounty in 1 batch so that they wait for other bounty campaign to be finalized before the distribution.
